We always enjoy this hotel when we are in Gonzales. My daughter had a shooting match and we came in for the weekend. The staff is always so kind!! Bb

They did NOT clean our room or give us towels while we were there. We had to request towels at the front desk.

called ahead to ck time for ck in. I was told could come now. Arrived to be told would be another 30 minutes. Coffee pot did not work. Brought it to desk and was told one would be brought up to room. After couple hours I went down to get coffee pot and more towels. Coffee pot was not very “clean” looking in water reservoir so did not use pot. Told desk attendant when I checked out about coffee pot. Breakfast area was very clean. Very much up to standards Greeted with friendly smile and a “good morning “ .

Had to change room due to broken toilet sest.

They could use a few more lights on one of the parking lots, but other than that it was great!

Our air conditioner would not cool our room.... we called front desk and someone came to check it but it was so hot in our room .... we were miserable and they said they couldn't move us to another room....

The hotel was clean. Breakfast was mediocre, but the coffee was gross. First time ever the little single serve coffees in the room was better than what’s in the kitchen. The room was spacious. Worst part was the beds. The beds were not comfortable, and the sofa bed was broken. My son slept on it and the mattress just fell through the frame.

We checked in around 9 pm and checked out around 8 am the next morning. Short stay but nice!

Stayed 3 nights . They didnt clean the room . They said they clean the rooms every 3 days .
