Amazing Place!!!

お風呂、部屋、スタッフさんの対応どれも素晴らしかったのですが、特に食事が最高でした。夫と２人、とても幸せな時間を過ごさせていただきました。ありがとうございました。

丁寧にご対応いただきました。どこか懐かしさを覚える昭和レトロな雰囲気の味わい深いお宿でした。調度品も立派でした？

Loved the environment and look of both the ryokab and town. We got to try all 3 onsens and enjoy each. Staff was extremely friendly, food was delicious and worth the value, and or stay was comfortable.

職員非常專業及有禮貌。 房間十分整潔及舒適。 用餐10分好味及豐富。

貸切風呂も客室も清潔でした。スタッフはチームワークが良く、温かくスマートな接客でした。食事は、オープンキッチンのライブ感が楽しい割烹スタイルで、美味しい料理を提供してもらえました。安心な駐車場からの送迎もスムーズでした。

懷石料理非常好味，溫泉也很好

何度もお世話になっていますがいつも夕食も朝食も美味しく、個室のお風呂も気に入ってます

食事が最高に素晴らしい。部屋も落ち着けて湯も良い。リピーターです。

房間環境都非常整潔，人員服務也相當親切有禮，餐點更是讓人回味

Staff members are super friendly. Room was authentic Japanese style , very beautiful. Bathing facilities were amazing.

This was the best stay on our 14 days in Japan! The hospitality was above and beyond our expectations. Truely five stars! Manager Mr. Mamiya Haruhi and his staff welcomed us and attended to our every needs, again above and beyond our expectations. Food and service were of highest quality. The hot springs were relaxing. Although steep, the area around this traditional Japanese hotel was very walkable. We only wish we had stay more than one night.

Loved the stay at Hotel Hanakoyado! Booked a one night stay to experience the private Onsen at the hotel and 100% it was an enjoyable experience! The plan I booked came with breakfast, and the meal was so satisfying! If I were to visit Arima Onsen again in the future, I will definitely be choosing this hotel!

완전 강추합니다 ㅋㅋ 가성비도 좋고 온천도 안에 2개 있어서 원할 때 사람없으면 바로 즐기기 완전 가능 ㅎㅎ 직원분들 넘 친절하시고 셰프님 넘 좋아여 ㅎㅎ

A cozy, relaxing place with well-planned accommodations. Their hot spring baths (onsen) will relieve you from all your fatigue. The delicacy of the dinner course and breakfast are unforgettable.

The staff are very friendly. Meals are excellent.

チェックアウト時間が遅いのでゆっくりくつろげます

Two in-hotel hot tubs were small but clean. Rooms were also comfortable. Staff was helpful during check in but what struck me most was when we were leaving two employees came out and bowed to us. Really surprised me even after multiple trips to Japan. Would live again if I ever find myself in Arima Onsen again :)
