Magnifique le personnel 5 sur 5 agréable je remercie l’équipe d’amphoras Beach pour leur gentillesse . La bouffe parfaite tous le monde est à l’écoute à l’année prochaine inchalah .

Puzza di marcio nel ristorante,cibo scadente e pochi ristoranti in cui mangiare! Trovato un pezzo di ferro in un hotdog!!

Nulla da dire sulla gentilezza del personale ma il resort non è adatto a famiglie con passeggini (l'ascensore è stato chiuso). La stanza familiare è davvero molto dattata e si nota in modo particolare la pulizia che non è il top. Cibo nella norma ma c'è un odore molto forte da nausea nella zona bimbi (che non siamo mai riusciti a capire cosa fosse). Devo dire però che con l ultra all inclusive (bracciale verde) è davvero TUTTO COMPRESO (gelati,pesce in zona piscina, lattine...)

Pulizia igiene e cura nei dettagli eccellente, la cucina tra le migliori di tutti i Resort visitati negli anni, operatori attenti e scrupolosi a tutte le esigenze, che dire a cominciare dai ragazzi che fanno le camere, agli operatori in sala ristorante, agli addetti agli spostamenti delle persone con piccole disabilità, ai ragazzi addetti alle piscine, ai giardinieri ai ragazzi della reception ed a tutti coloro che ora non ricordo ma che operano in quella struttura per il benessere del villegiante, un plauso di merito per il loro impegno. Otele erken giriş yapacağımızı öncesinde belirtmemize rağmen girişte 2,5 saat bekledik. Ve erken giriş için de ekstra 40 $ ödedik. Giriş yaptığımız da saat 9’du. Resepsiyon da çalışanlar çok lakayit ve yavaş. Çıkış yaparken sürekli ekstra para almaya çalışıyorlar. Örneğin bardak yok cam kapanmıyor veya havlu yok diye bir yaklaşımları var. Oda servisi ile ilgili olarak bahşiş verirseniz ellerindeki tüm imkanları seferber ediyorlar. Bahşiş yoksa su bile almakta zorlanacağınızdan emin olabilirsiniz. Yemekler iyi değil, Türkiye deki 3- 4 yıldızlı oteller gibi düşünmek gerekir.

Die Lage und Umgebung ist schön, dass Essen war okay, Sauberkeit muss noch weiter geachtet werden.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom chalet. These really need renovation and are outdated. Shower were blocked and no WiFi available. Cupboards with no hangers and frames of furniture dusty. Fridge died and water everywhere in the tray than fixed later. Would not choose to stay at this property again as really 3 star and not 5

Nel complesso tutto bene ci ritornerei ma vari aspetti vanno migliorati ad esempio persone che lasciano gli asciugamani ore ed ore sul lettino senza possibilità di poterne usufruire la maggior parte russi,la piscina riscaldata e poco riscaldata sarà tipo sui 25 gradi,la colazione tardiva che è segnata sul menu non esiste per niente..in generale un 8.5/10 per me cibo buono mangiabile non si fa il digiuno se vi va male fanno la pizza tipo quella surgelata della conad..

Wat gehorig op de kamer. Zaten dichtbij het theater. Wifi op de kamer zeer matig. Wifi bij het zwembad, restaurants en buffet wel prima.

Otelin sessiz ve sakin oluşu odaların temizliği yemeklerin gayet lezzetli oluşu tüm personelin işlerini çok iyi yapması ve güler yüzlü oluşları animasyon ekibinin gayet iyi oluşu tatilimi çok iyi geçirmeme neden oldu. Tüm personele teşekkür ederim.

Positives: -Location - close to the sea -Beautiful resort -Friendly staff -Affordable -Self sufficient and economic -Has amazing animation team which organises parties, activities etc. -Spacious resort with lots of pools, has heated pools - Close to old town ( when visiting old town for shopping, go to shops away from the mosque to get cheaper deals) Negatives: -Not all staff speak English -Reception team allocated 2 single beds for 2 adults and 2 children, took them 3 days to sort it out and I originally booked on itinerary a kind size bed sofa. -Catering team asking tourists to leave table during breakfast after breakfast time because they have to clean, instead of cleaning the vacant tables first. -If you have eczema and broken skin, don't use the swimming pool if you don't want a skin condition whilst on holiday. - Does not have a wide range of foods for children, so I recommend self fathered accommodation elsewhere and you can eat what you like - Spa is not part of the resort and you have to pay entry, snooker/pool table not available (I was told its being re-conditioned), tennis court not part of resort same as football pitch. - Do not take hotel transport because its overpriced, instead use the inDrive app where you get low price offers. - Do not take any tour offers from the hotel (safari, Ras Mohammed trip) as they ask for more than other tour providers offer, instead do own research.

Burada 2. Kalışımız . Sevdiğimiz için yine tercih ettik. Temizlik yenilik on numara. Tekrar gelsem tekrar burda kalırım
