Great location.

It was a great find. It is close to everything in Centro Madrid. The room was very small but has a lot of character. It was clean, quaint and charming. The balcóny is adorable. I was very happy with it. Practical, cute and great price. There is also a place near where you can store your bags. I would definitely go back.

Perfect location just 2 mins from San Miguel Food market and the local squares. Within 20-30 mins walk of most other locations on our list. The staff were friendly and helpful. We weren’t planning on spending too much time in our room, so although basic, it was very clean and comfortable, so perfect for our stay.

Perfect position

The Hotel was in a brilliant location and great value for money. Although a little dated, it had great charm including a delightful covered balcony. The staff were charming and helpful and check-in/check-out easy and convenient. Will happily return if in Madrid again.

La ubicación es buena pero el hotel es viejo y nunca ha sido mantenido. Las camas son malas igual que las duchas etc.

Siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura 4 notti io e il mio ragazzo. Posizione super comoda a pochissimi passi da plaza mayor e mercado de san miguel. La stanza davvero piccolissima e il bagno abbastanza rovinato. Il personale non parlava nessuna lingua se non lo spagnolo ed è un disagio quando non lo parli. La struttura in generale era davvero poco insonorizzata in quanto una notte non siamo proprio riusciti a dormire perchè gli ospiti della camera accanto hanno deciso di guardare la tv con volume molto alto durante la notte. Una delle sere siamo usciti per andare in discoteca e ci hanno richiamato gli stessi della camera accanto perchè stavamo camminando per uscire (sempre dalla nostra camera). Non lo consiglierei soprattutto per la qualità prezzo.

They were very accommodating. The place was spotlessly clean and just down the stairs from Plaza Major.

Very central. Easy to find. Adequate accommodation for the price.

Upon arrival, a clerk said that part of payment was not done despite of inputting my credit card info. at the reservation several weeks ago. He, the clerk, said later that my payment was fine without saying any apology. Poor management on the payment transaction. Plus a shower unit is too small for 6 foot tall guy. Never visit again.

La mejor ubicación de Madrid. Personal excelente. Volvería a hospedarme.

全体的に満足です！ 特にスタッフの方がとても親切で過ごしやすかったです。 足回りの良い場所なのでとても便利でした。 お部屋の備品ですが、ドライヤーも風量のある熱風が出ました！ ティッシュペーパーは置いていなかったので、近くのスーパーで買ってくるなどした方がいいかもしれません。 お部屋についているトイレのドアが壊れていて閉まらなかったのが少し困りました。 また、ホテルは悪くありませんが、深夜から明け方にかけて嘔吐している方の声が響いていたのも少し気になりました(心配になる程続いていたので、目が覚めてしまいました)。

This hostel is surrounded with lot of restaurants and bars and is quite buzzing. And many tour busses gather people near this place so location wise it worked out well. But otherwise, the hotel or hostel was a bit rundown. I had no issues with smaller rooms. But the maintenance especially like bathrooms were so dated. The first room given to us was quite smelly (apparently a restaurant kitchen is downstairs as other reviews have noted). So we changed to another room,where the bathroom/toilet broke a few times. The bathroom didn't even have a bath roll holder.

Top locatie om van uit hier Madrid te verkennen en vele leuke eetgelegenheden in de buurt en daarom een echte aanrader. De kamer is netjes en van alles voorzien maar hou er rekening mee dat ze klein zijn. Het is een oud pand en wat gehorig dus daarom misschien niet zo geschikt voor de lichte en vroege slapers maar wij hebben nergens last van gehad en prima geslapen. Het enige minpunt is dat de receptie geen engels spreekt maar ze zijn wel zeer vriendelijk. Kortom de prijskwaliteit niveau maakt dit hotelletje een uitstekende keuze.
