O hotel está bem localizado, perto do centro e com bastante opção de restaurantes, somente a noite que o isolamento acústico falha devido ao som de festa e caixas JBL na frente do hotel.

Era possível ver um pouco do mar, porque deixaram a gente no primeiro andar, ou seja, muito pouco, não foi conforme esperado. Café da manhã estava muito bom, as refeições mediana. Já a água quente tivemos problemas todos os 5 dias. Os drinks estavam ótimos, exceto que o mojito nunca tinha por falta de hortelã. Funcionários atenciosos, porém só falam espanhol, somente a recepção fala em inglês.

The new tower is very clean, comfortable and the views of the ocean are magnificent.

We didnt get the room we payed for. We were told our room was not available. I think the hotel is over priced for the value. The location was really good.

It is a good hotel. Simple food but nice. People are very friendly and it was very clean the unit.

Cama, mesa y nevera viejas y feas

Stayed here for 5 days 4 nights in the new section. The room was new and the only positive I can give.

A estadia foi boa...mas nada de excepcional... Sistema de tudo incluso achei fraco... Bar com bebidas tipos limitados e um tipo de cerveja só... Restaurante com pouca variedade... Muito curry, coentro e picante...sem variedade de carnes ou frutos do mar... Tudo do mesmo gosto ...Não compensa se hospedar com ALL inclusive... Muitas opções de restaurantes na região. No geral apenas bom, com uma vista incrível do mar ... Mas fica esperto que se não gosta de música ou a energia do Caribe terá dificuldade em dormir.

No hot water in my room

It’s an old property, no hot water for all the days staying there they said all the rooms don’t have hot water, no insulation and it’s in front of the main walking street people were singing and playing loud music until 4am. I normally don’t mind noise but this was really loud

Nice hotel. Attention and serices 5stars.. wifi was under construction but still was enough to satisfy my needs.. location was the best, the better center of all hotels.. beach front.

The property is outdated. No hot water and the food was not good.

Não tinha agua quente no chuveiro, e o WIFI não pega no quarto, e pedimos pra lavar algumas roupas e vieram tudo trocadas por de outros hospedes, quando solicitado para que resolvessem alguns desses problemas falaram que em 5 minutos iriam ao quarto e nem se quer apareceram.

No wifi in rooms. Lobby only. No free massage. Rooms are very comfortable and housekeeping is amazing.

The hotel was very outdated but clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food service was ok. If you want to be right on Spratt Bight beach it was right there but the beach is very crowded and the hotel is in a very noisy area especially at night time.

Everything was great, except a couple of issues in our rooms. On one the light kept going on an off all night and the window didn't lock... and the other one the light stopped working but they fixed it. Also no wifi inside the rooms. Service 10/10, clean and great location.

Place is near to the beach and the service is excellent.
