Overall presentation of the motel was extremely poor. Garden maintenance was non existent. Leaves, dirt all on the pathways which were chipped and broken in places. Bed was comfortable. I stayed there 7 nights and had to ask to have my sheets and towels to be changed after 6 nights. Hot water intermittent. Dreadful experience. Never again.

We arrived late, rang reception and they guided us through the process to get into our room. No problems. Room was good, clean and comfortable. The coffee pod machine was a nice touch. Very appreciated. Good hot water and quiet air con. Good value.

One of a few motels in Murwillumbah to stay in if you're coming to do the Rail Trail . Short walk to the shops

Great location, quick walk into town. Great views from the balcony. Quiet and very clean. Comfortable bed and great room amenities and pool. I really enjoyed my stay.

Beds we're cleaned, tidy and comfy, the shower was much to be desired with mouldy floor tiles and a roof that looks like it was going to fall in. I understand that it's an older building, but I'm sure some maintenance and cleaning may be in order.

Air con was super cold. Room was large & very comfortable. Having a microwave & toaster eas great. Bathroom was too small with toilet in the bathroom. Very difficult to move around. All in all. It was a great motel.

The room was spacious, very clean, and the cleaning staff took extra care to make sure I had everything I needed each day. The air conditioning and all appliances worked very well. The owners are very friendly and caring - I felt welcomed like family. They have a list of all the upgrades they have made, and all the upgrades they are undertaking, which shows me their willingness to improve the quality of their customers' experience. My stay was quiet, peaceful, and very close to town for food. It was great value and I highly recommend staying there.

I booked a room @ 7.20 pm & turn up at the motel 15 minutes later to no manager on site there or no key left in a lock box there like they used to do if you were a late booking The office phone rang out ,rang the mobile number of the useless manager ( mark) & no answer , waited on site for 1 hour still no check in or keys. Contacted Wotif & they tried calling the manager without any success so I had to book another motel in the town then had to chase my money back with this incompetent manager Mark - stuff up then fffd me around with 2 part payments & was still short of my booking amount. I will never book that motel even again. Period
