Excellent Hotel. Tbe parking in the underground deck could be better explained in the hotel guidlines

Very good hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful but there was quite a bit of street noise and the area near the hotel seemed a bit dodgy. Good selection of restaurants in the area and free breakfast was a nice inclusion

Bon petit déjeuner avec vue apaisante sur le quai, l’Orne et les petites embarcations. Le parking est trop cher. La soi disant partenariat entre l’hôtel et le parking est illusoire. À des heures creuses et laisser la voiture la nuit reste trop cher. Pas top! Quite à rajouter une telle somme je prendrai peut être un hôtel plus haut de gamme et avec parking inclus la prochaine fois

Great stay... pity about the parking!.. entered the car park ticket 30 euros then entered the ticket from reception.nothing was deducted, still charged 30 euros?. ..Didn't have time to go back & query why?. ...other than that the hotel was excellent.

Employees were great!

The room was very comfortable and well set-up. The bathroom and shower were excellent. There was an extensive breakfast that was available starting at 6:00, as we left fairly early every day. We were able to park on the street close to the hotel all 3 nights we stayed. It was a convenient location, easy to get to the highway, just across the river from the city of Caen and near several restaurants and stores.

Excellent value. Decor is IKEAish.

Depuis quelques mois, la qualité du petit déjeuner se dégrade, sans aucune informations au client. La possibilité de faire des oeufs à la coque : Disparus, Les yahourts, actimel, etc : Disparus Les fruits rouges frais Framboise Myrtille : Disparus Le jus d'orange frais : Disparus Bref comme cela m'a été confirmé, de plus en plus de chose sont supprimés dans une logique économique et de profit. Par contre le prix de la chambre lui n'a pas baissé. Décevant

Hotel bien placé près du nouveau centre commercial et de la gare avec un très bon petit déjeuner. Nos trois nuits ont été agréables.

Clean hotel, walking distance to city centre, shame the parking underneath charged so much

We stayed two nights a week apart. Hotel is a few minutes walk fro train station and numerous restaurants. Trams station is right outside the door takes you to shopping as well as a shopping center in the same building.

Very nice hotel that ticks all the right boxes. Nice location. The only downside was that the parking was the one of the shopping mall near y.

We had a party of 12 and mini bus to park. Reception had cards all prepared for us so we could go straight to rooms without delay- despite being about 7pm and receptionist gave excellent map and guidance for free parking of mini bus. She also guided us to good restaurants in area Breakfast was also excellent Unbeatable service at the price Have stayed in hotels costing twice as much with half the result We will definetly use Isis again on our travels to France Thankyou
