El hotel es muy bonito, comodo muy bien situado. Las habitaciones espaciosas. Lo que es na verdadera lastima es el personal con el que cuenta el hotel. Las personas son cero orientadas al servicio, cero actitud al servicio, no estan califícales ni entrenados. Una pena porque el hotel esta bonito pero son las personas que hacen el servicio no las instalaciones. Muy mala experiencia lamentablemente. El desayuno incluido, pesimo . Nuevamente el lugar donde se desayuna bonito, pero la calidad de la comida y el servicio MUY MALO. Los platos quebrados y manchados, el cafe algo tan sencillo y de tradición de antigua- bastante malo. Triste la verdad. NO lo recomiendo . No hay cafe sino hasta 7am y durante el dia no hay ni para comprar un refresco. Restaurante solo para los desayunos.

The worst staff I’ve ever experienced in my life. They hace zero customer oriented training they are nom qualified to host customers. The hotel facilities are nice, but the people are the ones who makes the service- and Rea Plaza has lots to learn. The worst service ever. Not kid recommended either. Horrible breakfast. No where to buy a soda or a coffee during the day at the hotel.

Seems like it could be a really nice place, but is managed like it's a much cheaper motel.

Staff not very attentive, and at check out they go check the towels to see if they were too dirty and come and show you that they are too dirty and want to charge you a fee for a mall make up stain, very disappointed, never had a hotel come out and and tell you do have do pay , but they don't give you eve towel after you pay, they didn't charge me but family that was there, and they asked for fue towel after they paid and they said they can't give it to us that it's just a few for dirtying then. will never stay in a hotel that embarrasses guest like that.

Muy bonito y silencioso con amplios y lindos jardines y áreas como restaurante,gimnasio y piscina. Muy agradable y a muy pocas cuadras del centro.

No internet service in rooms?! Crazy in this day and age. Also small things, soap but not shampoo, why? Have to request if you want your room cleaned (trash taken out, beds made etc). Food was very poor and service worse-waited an hour for a lemonade for my son. Finally went inside to ask them to find staff on their phones hanging in the kitchen (yes I walked all the way into the kitchen), asked what happened, it had been and hour and was offered a sprite? SO many great hotels in Antigua. This is just not one of them.

FRONT DESK not helpful but borderline rude. Poor service and ammenities. Staff friendly but very fearful of providing aswers or assistance. Very nice facilities..pretty gardens, good beds and bathrooms. Dirty pool, tv only 2 channels, not very good ventilation in the rooms.

We were charged $90 for my daughter stay, $15 additional for parking, and 2 extra breakfasts of my daughter when they have already charge for stay that includes breakfast. Total rip off.

It was a beautiful stay. Pool was cold though, and hot tub not working. But other than that, perfect hotel.

It's a beautiful hotel! the grounds are gorgeous and everyone who worked there was super nice.

It is a very cute hotel. Full of local flare. Great breakfast. Only a few choices, but all are great! Definitely a great value for the price.

No tiene buena ubicación. Siento mal distribuido todo en el Hotel. Sus habitaciones no son cómodas. Yo no regresaría a este hotel.
