Excelente todo, muy buen servicio y atención

El alojamiento es correcto, tiene aparcamiento gratuito. Ofrece desayuno pero es hasta las 9 de la mañana y hay muchísima gente y pocas mesas para comer. Tiene una pequeña piscina. Bonita vista a la laguna. Cuenta con microondas en la habitación. Las toallas son pequeñas, las camas son muy comodas

With the family of five, this is one of the best hotels for space if you’re traveling from the airport or going on a cruise I highly recommend this property super comfortable and clean overall a great choice

Quiet and clean. Stores and food right up the road and it was safe area

Stay was very nice, although at first the air conditioning wasn't working in our first room even after maintenance came to fix it, still 81 degrees, so they moved our room and it was working well there. View wasn't nice from our room, view was of the airport. Make sure you request a lake view room. Nice outdoor pool with view of small lake. The beach towels were small but they kept bringing more out routinely. Nice helpful shuttle driver Barboro. Good Dove brand shower products, great king room with two flat screen tvs and sitting area, although no Bible. Bad reception on several tv channels, and unable to get to any on demand or netflix etc. They kindly allowed early check in and late check out on request, offered to hold luggage. Would recommend.

All staff was really friendly and it was very clean

La vue sur le lac est merveilleuse on peut en profiter en sortant sur la terrasse extérieur et en se baignant dans la piscine chauffée . Café et thé disponible en tout temps dans le lobby . Lit et oreiller très très confortable . Propreté excellente Mini frigo, micro - onde et cafetière à cup pratique Stationnement gratuit et très disponible. Camila à la réception est très professionnelle . Le déjeuner n’est pas intéressant il est commun comme tout les autres hôtels il y a juste des pommes et oranges frais comme fruits . Hôtel très bien j’y retournerais avec un budget déjeuner .

I love the shuttle van drivers but they need a new shuttle. The seats are dirty, worn, falling apart. Please fix that was my only complaint. The people are so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The staff kept it clean and made our cruise trip easy with their fast checking out and in process. I will be back.

Perfeito para uma estadia rápida, pois fica ao lado do aeroporto. Café da manhã muito bom. Só tomar cuidado com o transfer do aeroporto. Tem que ter o nome “Holiday inn Blue Lagoon” na van que passa no aeroporto. Pegamos a van do outro Holiday inn … foi uma confusão

I am very disappointed at the service provided at the hotel, never thought I would be treated the way I did. Service was good when arrived and check in to my room, the gentleman at the front desk gave good service. The complain comes when the service cleaning staff came to do my room, the service was bed was fixed & new towels were put in the bathroom only, no cleaning was done in the room & bathroom, the floor & carpet had dirt, sand & crumbs, floor was not swept & the carpet was not vacuumed, also no trash bags in the bathroom & room trash can. Very poor customer service, as a rewards member of the hotel you are allowed to do a late check out instead of 11am, had the staff knock on my room door around 10:50am telling me that my check out time is at 11am, asking what time I was checking out, told the staff as a reward member I am allow to check out late, she stated that she will put me down to check out at 12pm. I get a phone call in the room at 11:30 am & is the front desk lady stating that it was pass the check out 11am & needed to leave the room immediately, once again I stated I was a reward member, the lady did not care and told me I needed to leave the room now, my 7 years old and I had to rush and get all our stuff/luggages and leave the room in 5 min. Then as I go to the hotel parking lot to get the car to put our stuff in, I see a paper on the windshield stating the vehicle will be towed away to see the front desk. Never felt so humiliated like I did. Horrible.
