Very nice stay for work

Everything was amazing. Staff are friendly and caring, breakfast was good, and I loved that the hotel was off the main road in a forest glen.

The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Anything that we needed or asked was a breeze of refreshing helpful information or providing us with any needs such as extra towels and toiletries. Very handy to have coffee and hot chocolate 24/ 7. Breakfast was nice to have on hand for easy start to the day. The pool was very fun. My little 6 year old couldn't get enough of it. We had super fun on the slide as well. Made everyone giggle and laugh as adults fly down.

The front desk staff were exceptional. The breakfast needs a lot of improvement. Eggs were rubbery and couldn’t cut ham with knife. Had to put bread through machine 3 times before it became brown

We’ve stayed here numerous times, always a great stay, pool and breakfast are always great.

The room and the bathroom were clean. The bed sheet was clean, but the blanket had an "elderly smell"... like I washed it once, but years ago. There's no freezer, only a regular fridge available in the room. The door closer is unnecessarily strong, it easily pushes away a little kid and it is difficult to keep it open when you bring in, or move out your luggage. The TV turned on randomly at the middle of the night: it sensed the remote from the neighbouring room (I never experienced this in the last 25 years ever).
