Das Frühstück war frisch so war es gut es ist etwas Renovierung Bedürfnis

Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Hotel sehr zentral. Frühstück war ok. Brötchen, Marmelade, Cornflakes, Wurst, Käse, Eier und Speck. War recht schwer einen Platz um 9 Uhr zu bekommen. Ansonsten sehr freundliches Personal und auch nachts, wenn man spät kam wurde freundlich die Tür geöffnet.

While waiting for the confirmation code from the hotels, they wouldn't let us wait in the lobby; they told us to wait outside in the cold. They were terrible.

Kamer was klein, zeer warm. Een beetje claustrofobie kreeg ik er van. Voor twee personen was de kamer eigenlijk niet geschikt. Zitting Stoelen in de kamer waren kapot. Beneden in eetzalen was het er prachtig. Op zich een mooi zeer oude accommodatie

Fine order hotel in central Venlo. Freindly staf and good atmospheare. Parkering available. Spacy 3 person room.

Personeel niet gastvriendelijk, hadden overal een smoes voor en waren soms echt onuitstaanbaar, wij gaan nooit meer terug

The service and staff are excellent and take care of you. Internally, the property needs updated with furniture, fixtures / fittings and decorated.

We hebben prima overnacht in een fijn hotel

We booked this hotel, with price $134 from expedia, but we were charged more than $134, when we asked the receptionist, he said that his price is correct, we showed him our expedia hotel confirmation, he did care. Very disappointing. We won't come back and book this hotel anymore.
