I recently stayed at this hotel, and from the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe and well cared for. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with cozy beds that made for a restful stay. The location is convenient, and the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start each day. I highly recommend this hotel location and would definitely stay here again!

Clean...great location!

First room bed was completely sunken in and old. Then I had to fight off two flying cockroaches the size of hummingbirds.

We loved our stay! Just wish there were more breakfast options. Otherwise, perfect place to stay!

This hotel is always our first choice when visiting Houston. The location is ideal and convenient, surrounded by restaurants, fast food options, and a grocery store. It’s also near a Starbucks. The room prices are great, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The rooms are comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is fantastic. The free breakfast is surprisingly good, and there is ample parking available with plenty of lights. Overall, it’s a great place to stay.

This was a great stay. Pool was to crowded on weekend. Other than that PERFECT!!!

Accidently booked the wrong date and hotel personnel did not want to cancel my booking or even exchange it for another date lost out in $189 Very bad service

We have technicians stay at this location because it is conveniently locates. However with this stay, my technician let me know that overall it was a good stay but not having the laundry facility available was a big inconvenience. We do hope that the concern is remedied by the time a tech has to travel out to Houston. Otherwise we may have to find another hotel. :(

Front desk kid was great

Hotel wouldn’t let me check in, stated their dog policy changed and my dog is too big. I have stayed there at least 6 times with my dog in the last year.
