Clean Room and the staff was super helpful.

Reserved and received confirmation for a room with 2 queen beds for 4 adults. Was switched to a room with a King bed and fold out sofa without notice. Had to request clean sheets for the fold out coach bed.

The only issue for me was the workout room equipment was not clean and there were no sanitizing wipes available. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms were nice.

Hi, we were staying close to our family for a funeral. Our room was for two adults, but we only had a three-day supply of towels for one person. We did get extra towels. The other concern was the toilet lid was loose, and we were unable to tighten the screws underneath the lid. Lastly for the room, the pillows were not very comfortable. The breakfast was okay. Extremely clean, organized, spacious rooms

The tubs and toilets were half cleaned. Plus, one of tthe rooms had a musty smell.

I woke up with bite marks all over my leg. They moved me to another room and I was eating my dinner and some roaches decided to come out. Never again!!! Awful

Hotel is nice, good gym, staff very nice no matter who I ran into. Major complaint, lack of water pressure and hot water. Luke warm showers all week

They were friendly and everything was clean and i had my service dog there with no problems.

Property and location are great. However, booked this hotel specifically bc it says they have EV charging. However, they do not. Very disappointed as I’ll have to go charge somewhere else in the morning before continuing my trip.

Booked this room because we were passing through to a destination and wanted to break up the trip time. I selected this one because it said they have a charging station on site, but they do NOT. Overall the stay wasn't bad with a few issues. No tv remote in the room but was resolved by the front desk clerk. Parts of the floor felt damp, the shampoo that is normally attached to the shower was not so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. It was pricey for the stay and breakfast was 2 hours behind. It said breakfast started at 6am but it was almost 8am before it was avaliable.

Overall, always good when I stay at a Homes2Suite. Downside this particular time was I attempted to check in at 5:45 and room wasn’t ready yet.
