Needs a good coat of paint on hallway walls and doors. The bed sheets had blood and hair on them so we had to ask the front desk clerk (she was very polite and helpful and was the best thing about our stay) for clean sheets and we personally changed the sheets. The rooms are on the verge of needing fresh paint and will soon need a deep clean.

The shower in my room was awesome. Lots of water pressure and clean. Kitchen was well stocked.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and close to everything

This was our second stay after we were well pleased with our first stay. Upon entrance to the property both grounds and outside of building is well maintained and clean. A quick, easy, and friendly check in. Rooms and lobby are clean, appliances function well, plenty of hot water- quick! Food choices are close by if you do not utilize the kitchenette. The area is safe, sits next door to holiday inn express - joining parking lots, easy access from freeway and good lighting around the property.

Nice hotel. Clean room. Friendly staff. Will be back again soon.

It was horrible the door didn’t lock. We couldn’t sleep because door didn’t lock.

Everything was great with exception of bed being too high for a short person. Also shower didn’t have a wand.

Hotel was very good with exception bed was too high for a dwarf to get in. Shower head you couldn’t adjust. I wish all hotels had shower wands.

We visit Tupelo every year for the Elvis Festival. This is by far the best hotel we've stayed at. We will be back every year. Thank you.

Large rooms. No breakfast

The floors were sticky. The sheets had a terrible odor. The vents had a terrible odor. We had expected two queen sized beds. One was a pull-out bed through the sofa which was okay but the mattress had blood on it. We had to request sheets for the fold out bed as the room didn’t have any available.The sheets on both beds made our skin burn/itch. We will not be back .

We were in town for a concert and our check in wait time was 15 minutes because there was a graduation and people in town for the concert as well. The staff did their best and it was pretty smooth sailing for us once we got our key cards. Our room was tidy and had plenty of towels. The room and bathroom were clean. I did see a toenail near the shower but that’s really about it. It was a quiet area. We will stay again.

Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm. We arrived at 5 with no rooms ready. We had to get ready for event in the public bathroom. Said they would call to let us know when room was ready and never did.

I will not stay at this hotel ever again. The room was a great layout. It was bugs in the bathroom which is unacceptable. The customer service team was very friendly and polite. I understand some hotels don’t have housekeeping service until after leaving but I was confused about having to bring down my towels to get new ones.

Usually when I stay at hotels it’s loud and you can hear everything going on! It was not the case here. Definitely will be using this location for further stays

Very nice place to stay and very nice concierge. Definitely the place to stay.

The property is tired. Some general maintenance and cosmetic improvements would go a long way. The front desk agent was very welcoming
