Nice property.

This was our second time to visit Secrets & it did not disappoint! We enjoyed that we were familiar with the property. We were able to be more involved with activities that were offered. Loved!

En general lo pasamos bien y la atención fue muy buena. Solo algunos detalles. La habitación estaba cómoda y privada, (Junior Suite Swim Out Ocean View) pero muy alejada de todo. En nuestra piscina había un fierro que picó mi pie, nos salió una serpiente inofensiva, pero nos sacó un buen susto.

The staff and facilities are great, super nice place to visit. The rooms were fantastic, and very well decorated. The food was mostly what you’d expect from an all-inclusive resort; in other words, it left something to be desired, but not to the point where it hurt the trip. Would absolutely go again!

The best spa that I have ever been to with the most amazing services. Definitely get there early to try the hydrotherapy. The friendliness and attitudes of the staff was incredible. Cuisine was amazing. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Todos los servicios que presta el Hotel son de primer nivel, el personal muy amable y atento en todo momento, 3n las habitaciones solo les falta modernizar los enchufes para carga usb de celular.

Spa was very good. Staff very friendly. Food was good. Premium wines were expensive.

We were a large party of 8. They took care of us and had a great time. We will definitely be going back.

Amazing everything!

We were given a terrible room, not what we paid for. Angel, a manager wouldn't do anything for us, except offeringus a different room, the next day, on the 3rd floor in a building with no elevator. We are 70 and 77 years old. Thankfully, we met with Monserrat Rico who promissed us the correct room that we paid for the next day. She gave us excellent service throughout our stay. We are repeat visitors to Secrets, but the encounter with Angel, and the horrible location of the room we were given, convinced us to never come back.

Good food. Clean room. Hot sun. Cold drinks. What else can you ask for?

Second time at Secrets. Notable change from last time. The staff for the most part are very good, but, this time they tried to upsell everything…it started immediately after check in. The guy was aggressive and outright rude when I told him I wasn’t interested in his “deal”. After that it was upselling meals and extras. Don’t fall for it the all inclusive meals are good

Staff is the nicest!

Food - The Oceana was just OK. We felt rushed & we received salad & appetizer at same time. Left no room on table. No dressing on salad. The Market Cafe was excellent. The Portofina & Japanese restaurant was good. Room - Was great Entertainment - not good Pool Activities - Very good. Music by pool needed more variety. Staff - Excellent. Miguel, Johny, Isabel & Tyler were awesome! The Rendevouz bar - The decor was not inviting. Felt clastaphobic, jail feeling.

Excellent staff! Amazing attention to detail and very helpful at all times.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff and service was exceptional. Tyler was like our personal concierge the entire time. His focus on the client experience is exactly the way everyone should be in the hospitality business. Many thanks and looked to visit you again, Bryon.
