Very nice large rooms and friendly staff

Beautiful rooms.

It is a little off the beaten path but it is quiet at night. The restaurant was good. The breakfast is amazing and the staff was helpful. The apartment is large and wonderful for a family. It was very clean.

Vi havde booket det store værelse på 144 m2 til tre personer, så vi manglede bestemt ikke plads :-) Der var rent og pænt på værelset. Vi oplevede rigtig god og venlig service i receptionen, men det kneb noget mere hos morgenmads personalet. Værelset var fint lydisoleret mod naboerne, men til gengæld ikke for lyde udefra. Konstant hundegøen, og unge mennesker der forsamlede sig udenfor og var meget højlydte, var generende. Hvis man sover let, kan ørepropper anbefales. Det varme vand i bruseren var lang tid undervejs (9. sal), og der var absolut intet vandtryk at gøre godt med. Hårvask var komplet umuligt. Vi havde valgt denne værelsestype, fordi der er både badekar og bruser. Vi sætter pris på et varmt karbad ovenpå en lang dag i storbyen. Men der var ingen bundprop, så badekaret kunnet slet ikke anvendes :-( Morgenmaden var under gennemsnittet. Mælken til morgenmadsprodukterne var lunken, kaffeautomaterne meldte konstant fejl og kunne ikke bruges - og så var udvalget generelt noget kedeligt. De to elevatorer er små, og man skal vente meget længe på dem af samme grund. Dertil er sikkerheden noget tvivlsom. Jeg selv blev ramt hårdt af elevatordøren på vej ud, fordi censoren ikke registrerede mig. Hvis det var gået ud over et lille barn, ville det have været alvorligt. Generelt set ikke et 4-stjernet hotel i standard. Men vi havde da et udmærket ophold i de 3 nætter, vi boede der. Jeg synes dog prisen er for høj, i forhold til hvad man får.

Die Dame mit den Tattoes war super nett an der Rezeption. Ansich ein schönes Hotel, allerdings schade, dass wir Ärger für unsere Kinder bekommen haben! Offenbar hat sich eine externe Schwimmlehrerin dort eingemietet und sich beschwert, weil unsere Kinder auch im vorderen Teil des Pools geschwommen sind und Spaß hatten. Wir haben EBENFALLS extra für den Spa-Bereich bezahlt! Frühstück war gut, allerdings war der Service am Abend im Restaurant nicht so gut. Rumänen, die später kamen wurden immer vor uns bedient, was zum Unmut bei den Kindern führte. Zudem kamen andere Gäste im Schlafanzug ins Restaurant.

All the staff at the hotel/property were really friendly and nice except for the female staff in the restaurant. The female staff in the restaurant had no patience and spoke very abruptly I am not sure if it’s because she struggled to understand what I was trying to say. The front desk staff was so welcoming the staff to the pool and the spa were also very nice. Even the 2 males in the restaurant were pleasant.

We were allocated a Business Apartment, and upon check-in, we were guided through the parking rules—simple and convenient. As long as a space isn’t marked as reserved, you’re free to park anywhere at no additional cost, as it’s included in the stay. The Apartment – Comfort Meets Functionality The Business Apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and filled with a fresh, inviting scent. It was fully equipped with high-quality white goods, making it feel like a true home away from home. Thoughtful touches such as complimentary water and coffee, which were replenished daily during housekeeping, made all the difference. The kitchen left nothing to be desired—it was fitted with a fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, pans, and everything else you’d need for a self-sufficient stay. The bedroom featured a large and comfortable bed, though the pillows leaned on the softer side. Still, everything else was just perfect. The bathroom was modern, immaculately clean, and well-stocked. In the living area, the sofa bed provided extra space and added to the overall functionality of the apartment. Dining – A Mixed Bag, but Breakfast Stole the Show

The stay we had was a two bedroom apartment which was very comfortable and spacious. The amenities were great and we had everything we needed to make our stay great. As a group of four we had previously stayed in two hotel rooms and this was much more of a social set up which we preferred

Absolutely huge room, one of the biggest I have ever stayed in. Breakfast was average. Bed and pillows were horrible, woke up each morning tired and sore back. Paid for spa access, and we showed up in bathing suits and shirts. We were told to go back to the room and take off clothes except bathing suit and robe, and to wear the paper flip flops. The deck was so slippery that both myself and my daughter fell. Overall, we were disappointed.

Super miniferie i Bukarest. Hotellets faciliteter er gode. Stor god lejlighed med massere af plads. Spa faciliteterne var gode, også til mindre børn.

Stanze veramente grandi e belle , sono veri e propri appartamenti curati e puliti , un po’ Fuori mano , per raggiungere il centro ci vogliono 6/7 minuti di auto, noi ci siamo spostati con Uber , colazione un po’ scarsa ma in linea con altre strutture dei paesi dell’est, spa carina , nel complesso qualità’ prezzo ottima

Very large apartments, good sauna

We had a great time in our 5days stay , love the SPA excellent hospitality, amenities, food,and service special thanks 🙏 to staff Elena and Misha from the restaurant. The orhideea residence and SPA is highly recommended . We want to go back again next time .

The cleaning is thorough and very clean. There is underfloor heating, allowing you to spend the winter in a T-shirt. The breakfast venue offers a lot of fresh vegetables, and there are terrace seats where you can enjoy the view. You can also take breakfast back to your room. They are very generous, providing multiple card keys for one room and offering free copying services. Thank you very much.

This was our first time in Bucharest and at this hotel. Our accommodation was spacious, the spa facilities were great for us and our two young children. Tasty breakfast and dinner options for vegetarians. Would highly recommend- thank you! :-)

Personal ist sehr unfreundlich, ausser der Nachtportier.

The spa hotell was amazing but the area around it was very old with many demolition buildings. Very cheap with taxi so it was not a problem

Great Hotel with superb breakfast on 11floor and good restaurant on the evening.

Sehr sauber,großzügige Räume. Personal im Restaurant sehr freundlich, das Personal an der Rezeption war alle 4 Tage eher reserviert und weniger zuvorkommend.

Un changement de moquette serait bien vu , à part ça le confort la propreté et les services tel quel la piscine sont impeccable
