We enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and my girls loved the breakfast and the waterslide. The lack of gluten free options and no late check out, would be our only complaint. More disappointment than a complaint. We loved the hotel and would certainly return. I know the employee at check in was fantastic. He was accommodating and quick for an extra blanket and a missing do not disturb sign. He was friendly and kind about it. Not at all inconvenienced or annoyed. Just a desire to make our stay better. It’s small things but we’ve stayed in many hotels the last several months due to our circumstances and some hotels were not as willing to be accommodating or kind for extra towels or a blanket. So I appreciated not only the extra blanket but his demeanor and tone when I asked.

Very comfortable beds, very clean, lots of fluffy pillows, great to have a fan and a blow dryer in the bathroom, nice shampoo and other amenities.

The young lady at reception was amazing! Very caring, kind person.

The receptionist was very pleasant and greeted us promptly. The room was very clean and quiet, it was like no one else was in the hotel. I found my bed to be too hard. My travel companoin found her bed to be perfect and had a great sleep. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and will use it again in the future.

The beds were comfortable. We liked the kitchenette in the room. The complimentary breakfast had many options. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Nice large sitting areas all over lobby. Room was clean bed firm and liked the kitchenette. Double sinks and separate toilet area. I like that there’s a solid door closing off the bedroom. Breakfast was good and lots of selection. Stiff was kind and helpful. Very clean and close to food l I’ll me Boston pizza . Even walked to bakery in town. Couple km.

Very clean and the description of the room is right on!

Staff is friendly. Be sure to walk through the wetlands park/ garden. The plants and trees are lovely, but I especially enjoyed listening to all the birds.

The breakfast is amazing! Missed the eggs benny we had last time. The hot tub was out of order however the experience was so great with our 2 kiddos!
