Quarto ok, recepção eficiente, fácil estacionamento

Neglected. All broken Room 309 - Toilet didn’t flush, floor was sticky, TV didn’t work, plug by desk not working , tub had a hair in it and sink has black mold in it. Maintenance came and fixed toilet, but didn’t work again next morning, housekeeping washed the floor

O quarto e banheiro possuem tamanho excelente. A limpeza também.

Quarto limpo, equipe gentil

1) All wall power outlets were loose on the wall, making difficult to charge our phones and computers. 2) The cleaning staff didn't clean the room onde day and we had to call the front desk to ask for it 3) One other day they forgot to leave the clean bath towels 4) The air conditioner in one of the rooms was leaking water inside the clothes closet and some of my wife's dresses and one of my son's pants got very wet. I call the supervisor, she saw the problem and took our wet clothes to a laundry facility. 5) Due to the water leakage on the clothes closet, its wood was damaged and the door from it, as well as the room's door was scratching trhe floor when used. The staff was nice and worked promptly to solve the problems, but at the end the hotel looked cheap to me.

Quarto excelente, o que poderia variar era o café da manhã! Para um hotel com tantas estrelas deixou a desejar o café da manhã.

Hotel seems to have a great facilities long time ago, it need maintenance and updates, location is good

Hotel antigo, mobília antiga e com avarias, além do constante cheiro de esgoto subindo pelo ralo do banheiro. De modo geral, muito bem localizado, atendentes simpáticos, café da manhã comum. O charme é a piscina no rooftop. Não retornaria, existem outras opções mais atrativas pelo mesmo valor.

The room is very good, large and good air conditioning. It has electrical outlets near the bed (use Cpap). The spacious bathroom with a shower with good hot water.

Equipe nota dez. Academia e piscina excelentes. Café da manhã tem poucas opções de frutas. O quarto estava com cheiro ruim retornando no ralo do banheiro. O cofre estava bateria/pilha.

O quarto está com aspecto envelhecido, as portas dos armários rangendo e desalinhados. No banheiro a pressão do chuveiro é fraca e às vezes saia um odor desagradável. O café da manhã tem poucas opções de frutas. Gostei da localização e agilidade no check-in e checkout. Vista muito bonita da piscina na cobertura.

O hotel em si em mto bom, porém deixou a desejar na limpeza do quarto e café da manhã sem opções, pouquíssimas frutas, banana verde…

Sim, atendimento maravilhoso!
