ゴールデンウィークに２泊滞在しました。 非常に旧市街に近く便利な場所でした。部屋は清潔でよく眠れました。 11階にプールがあり時間が空いたらずっと泳いでいました。 受付などのスタッフの皆んなは笑顔がとっても素晴らしかったです。

The hotel is clean and high end, the location is fantastic!!!

Perfect stay in the middle of the city. Very close to everything. Roof bar and pool is a big plus. Good breakfast. Special extra stars for the cleaning.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The location is very convenient, and the staff provided warm, attentive service throughout our stay. The breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. The hotel is newly renovated with a stylish design that shows great attention to detail — everything felt very comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. We arrived early in the morning around 6 AM after an overnight train. Although the hotel was fully booked and unable to offer early check-in right away, the staff welcomed us warmly and promised to arrange a room as soon as one became available — which they did as soon as they could. This is a new hotel with excellent service and a high-quality environment. We highly recommend it and would love to stay again!

The hotel was beautiful, great breakfast, super friendly staff, nice pool and a very good spa. Our room was very clean and practical.

Great staff, they were super helpful. The hotel is clean a quite. The cool little speak easy down stairs is a perfect spot for cocktails and meeting locals. Breakfast is tasty with many options.

Great property. Small gym. Great views on from the rooftop. A bit noisy with construction nearby.

We loved our stay here!!!!! Everything about the hotel and especially the service were just upscale and luxurious. Definitely will come back to stay here when we visit North Vietnam again.
