Bathroom need more attention

El staff es muy amable; el desayuno muy rico; las habitaciones les falta una remodelada pero se compensa con el precio de la noche; muy ruidoso el ambiente

Lovely views from the 5th floor dining area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in suggesting excursions. Takes about 45 mins to walk to Sorrento from the hotel. But lots of wonderful areas near the hotel itself. Breakfast was great!! Overall great experience.

The hotel it should be under big renovations and remodel but it is not. This what I do remodeling and hospitality the hotel is Super super outdated, my room had a really nice view looking out. But that was it, walls, bathroom, super small shower enclosure, 2x2Ft the TV was a computer screen small one on the wall. No other channels other than italians shows. Hot water was good and water pressure too. I had the breakfast included and one day was buffet style and the other two days at a restaurant downstairs owned by same family, but it was not buffet, no eggs no bacon no bread and butter with jelly, not consistent, that is no good, Reception is on the 5th floor. If you are going with a car, good luck finding parking space. And you have to pay 10euros a day if you park on the blue and not on the yellow but white is free but only some days . Don’t go with a car. The daughter of the owner and the mom they were really nice but the reallity is that the hotel needs a lot of fixing and cleaning, too much rust and old furniture from the 70s or something elevator super small too. I guess that is how it is in that area, and maybe a more expensive hotel would have different facilities. I don’t know I thought that it was in Sorrento and is not, my error, Piano di Sorrento is about 15 by car from Sorrento, but is far enough to make a difference. I am trying to be nice because the people working there are very nice but I want to help someone to make the right decision based on the truth.

O hotel é muito bom e a localização é ótima.

We really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is well-run, the staff is VERY helpful, the restaurant ia good (as is the on-site pizzeria). The view from our room was absolutely amazing.The hotel.is a short walk from the elevator down to the port, and tours to Capri and the Amalfi Coast are easily booked (the hotel staff are happy to.arrange). Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property, with ocean view and near the train station (15 min) or a nice walk to Sorrento downtown (43 min) but without sidewalk

Very nice hotel right on the water and our room had a great view of the Bay of Naples from our balcony. The staff were excellent and the dining options were top notch.

Stayed here for a week it was absolutely beautiful. The staff are very helpful and helped us in finding places to visit and how to get there. Our balcony had incredible views and it’s a 10 minute walk to the train station. Housekeeping was amazing and our room was tidied every morning. The hotel’s restaurant and breakfast was delicious with gorgeous views. Would 100% recommend and would gladly return.

Rapport qualité prix acceptable, belle vue, lits non confortables ,on sent les ressorts des matelas , petit déjeuner décevant dans un café bars sous l'hôtel , brioche, café et petit bouteille de jus ,pas de réception , bruit d'animation au bar jusqu'à minuit et des travaux de rénovation a 7h du matin, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

Hotel me surpreendeu positivamente, vista linda do mar, funcionários muito gentis. Hotel conta com restaurante com comida excelente por um bom preço

Struttura non recentissima, ma comunque ben tenuta. Personale molto cortese e disponibile, buona la pulizia degli ambienti. Posizione ottima e vista sul mare eccezionale. Inoltre, oltre al ristorante interno all'hotel, al piano terra c'è una lounge bar con pizzeria, gestito dalla stessa famiglia, dove si può anche mangiare un'ottima pizza e aperitivi.

Buona esperienza, senza pretese. Soprattutto per un soggiorno di due notti. Se n'è avessi bisogno, tornerei senza problemi. Buon punto d'approdo per visitare Sorrento e Capri.

The hotel is located in a nice position in Piano di Sorrento - very close to the beach and to Villa Fondi park, and 10 minutes drive from downtown Sorrento. The hotel is super clean. The staff is friendly and professional. There is a breathtaking view from the 5th floor, i.e. the floor where you will have breakfast and their restaurant is located (they also have a restaurant). Only remark, the wifi signal was weak - I was on the 1st floor. Nevertheless great value for money

They over booked the hotel and us stay in a less nice hotel down the street
