Great hospitality. Clean and cozy.

They made us a box lunch because we had to get a cab before they served breakfast. The room was really warm and when we asked to send someone to fix it, he didn’t show up.

The Hotel ws fine, the staff was fine. We have experienced to disagreement : 1. We asked for an airplane shuttle, thinking it would be included, but they offered to call for a taxi. 2. We experienced a very noisy surrounding particularly at night (friday); there seems to have a night club just beside. We started sleeping at 3AM and woke up at 4AM to take our plane. Not the best night.

中心地であれば歩いてどこでも行けるし、メインの観光スポットを徒歩で回って、疲れたら休みにも戻りやすい。 フロントのスタッフも皆感じ良く、質問や依頼にも快く対応してくれた。また泊まりたい。

The staff was very accommodating and helpful as we arrived early after a 16-hour flight. Thank you for your generous hospitality. They made it a very easy check-in and checkout process. I would recommend this hotel.

My double bed room was medium size and clean. It had a mini fridge, TV. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, cooked meat, cold cut sliced meats, sliced cheese, cereal, milk, juice, rolls, fruit, toast, pound cake, coffee and tea.

사실 쿠스코에서 저렴한 가격에 숙소 구했다가 컨디션이 너무 안 좋아서 도망치듯이 여기 숙소로 예약했음. 근데 상대적이라 그런가 침구류부터 화장실까지 관리상태가 좋았고 조금 아쉽긴 해도 라디에이터가 있어서 난방도 어느정도 해결. 조식은 잔다고 한 번 밖에 안 먹었지만 간단하게 있고 옵션으로 주문하면 샌드위치나 계란후라이 먹을 수 있음. 리셉션에서는 친절하게 알려주고 왓츠앱 소통도 문제가 없이 빠르게 답변이 와서 언어 힘드신 분들은 번역기나 지피티 돌려서 와츠앱으로 소통하시면 좀 편할 듯. 위치는 광장이나 시장에 가까워서 편하게 다닐 수 있고 리셉션에 코카차 항시 있어서 좋음. 그리고 당연히 짐 맡기고 하는 것들도 너무 편했고. 엑스트라 담요가 구비 되어 있어서 방이 좀 추워도 괜찮았음. 아 냉장고는 없음. 이 호텔 이름이 프랜차이즈인 거 같던데. 우유니에서도 이 호텔 이름보고 예약하고 싶은 마음이 들 정도임. 물론 풀부킹 이슈...

Great place!

The hotel was located in the central tourist district which was walkable to Avenida del Sol, San Pedro Public Market, Plaza de Armas, etc. There was daily breakfast with options for fresh omelettes and pancakes. The staff spoke English well and were quite helpful. The only downside is the room assigned to us was quite small for 2 medium sized adults who arrived with hand carried luggage only. We had to arrange the luggages in a way to make more space to move about.
