Did not get the room we booked... but clean

The hot tub was clean enough but missing a few things, toilette paper holder, back of the remote. No view from our room but had a nice place to sit by the bay.

We had a great stay! Yes the room as "smallish" and "dusty" in spots (top of the bed frame) but beds and bathroom were clean and comfy. Kitchen was clean. They are a working in progress. The train across the road never woke anyone up (bring a sound machine if you are sensitive to sound) My son loved fishing off the dock. The view was beautiful. The price point was great. We will stay here again.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris de ce motel, propreté et alentours. Malheureusement, peut être que nous n'avons pas eu de chance car je n' ai pas vu ce détail, de nombreux trains ont circulé et klaxonné même la nuit sur la voie ferrée proche...

The fan in the washroom was very noisy.

The room was smelly, spider webs everywhere. Yes, there is a nuce view but a little effort with the cleaning needs to be done. The air in the room felt like it has been closed for many days.

This a great place to stay. They do all the little things that a place you want to go back.

Beautiful little spot. We were on our way back from Quebec and needed a half way point stop. I wish we could of stayed a little longer and plan to go back to this hotel for a few days stay. The staff were very friendly. The place felt very comfortable as a whole and had a very welcoming and "chill vibe". The view from our room was beautiful as well. Right on the lake. Fire pit and chairs on the water for use. Tim Hortons and a gas station is conveniently accross the street. Would definetly recommend. Best of all, theyre pet friendly. ♡

Close to the lake that view was nothing to say. But the room what we got wasn’t what we expected, and it was different than what you see in the pictures.

Accueil catastrophique , l’accueil ne trouvait pas notre réservation. J’ai dû insister et montrer que j’avais déjà payé, ». Suite crasseuse plein de poussière dans l’air. La publicité est mensongère sur Expedia. Pas de petit déjeuner offert . Je me suis plains , il me dit d’aller me plaindre ou je veux. Au réveil devant la porte on voit une souris morte. Les enfants étaient dégoûtés.fuyez cet hôtel!!!

Friendly Staff, great views affordable pricing

The property and room were amazing ! The room was newly renovated and the view was beautiful. We only had one problem the toilet was not working properly. It didn't flush and we had to get a plunger . The man at the front desk was very helpful regarding the problem . Overall a lovely stay .

This is a nice property. I have stayed here a few times. The property has a beautiful waterfront area with seating to enjoy the sunset/water. I have stayed twice in the Deluxe Room which offers a more spacious room with 2 Queen beds. A small kitchenette is perfect with a small fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, bar sink, some assorted plates, etc. There is an air conditioner & hair dryer as well. This particular room just needs a freshening. There are smaller rooms that have been updated and they seem very nice (I was accidentally put in a refreshed room once, then moved to the proper room I had booked). Outside the hotel, there is a gas station & convenience across the street. A pedestrian/bike walkway is to the right of the property. Approx 1.3 km walk or drive gets you to the Dollarama & a grocery store. Checking in & out was easy. The train goes by nearby. Off season you can hear it moreso. My recent stay the air conditioner was on so the train noise was muffled. Overall, I will continue to use this property, the pricing and location are good for my needs. It is “outside” Kingston so it seems to take at least 15 mins or so to get to most Kingston activities if that’s your interest.

Dirty room, bed, bathroom, commode, kitchen, refrigerator, lights, sofa, door, fan. Everything was having spider webs and dirt. Also mosquitoes were there. Bathroom toiletries were used and expired. Even coffee and suger suppliers were expired.

A convenient place to stop for a night while on the road. The room was ok, though there was a bit of noise—nothing too disruptive.

Close to the venue we were playing at. Friendly staff. Air conditioning worked very well which we appreciated!

The staff we're exceptionally kind and professional the rooms were very clean. I did have the privilege of staying in three different rooms one room was more modern and up to date the other two were kind of outdated and could use a makeover the location being on the water very nice to sit out on the deck or down by the water and enjoying your morning coffee or tea
