The noise was insane. I had to be up by 2 AM and I only slept about an hour because the people upstairs for me were screaming and yelling and slamming doors all night. Called the front desk and got no answer multiple times

Absolutely loved our stay! The staff were exceptional, providing a warm welcome and outstanding service. Our room was fantastic! The amenities were top-notch, making our experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Staff was the best! - friendly, warm and helpful. Hotel was doing some remodeling but it had no effect on our stay. Room was very clean and comfortable and light. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was fine. I do feel like the pull out couch should be checked on for bedding and mess. We found food in it as well. Everything else was good. The breakfast, though we didn't take full advantage, was great.

Housekeeping help is quite poor. Inflexible and very strict on timings

We booked last August and requested a roll away bed. When we checked in, we were put on a floor that was all construction with tarps up. No roll away bed. The next day we called for one and were told because we were in a construction area they would see what they could do. When we arrived back that night, an old ripped roll away bed was standing in the kitchen with sheets in a bag. They expected us to move it, unwrap the ties on it and make it up. It’s a shame this happened because the other parts of the hotel were very nice. It was spotless and front desk check in was great.

We had a wonderful time. The room was very spacious and clean.

The renovations are not disruptive, staff is pleasant and accommodating, the bed is wow! Perfect for a longer term stay, shopping across the street.

Front desk person on Friday night was awesome!! Super helpful and kind. Housekeeping staff and breakfast attendants very friendly and on top of everything!
