Really noicy surroundigs

Excelente ubicación y el lugar bonito y muy limpio

El personal, la habitación, la ubicación, el horario estuvo muy bien. Lo que no me gustó, las cerraduras de las habitaciones, deberían tener cerraduras que el cliente pueda sentirse seguro.

O Hostal Esmeralda oferece um ambiente aconchegante com cama confortável e lençóis agradáveis. Destacamos a limpeza impecável do quarto e do banheiro. A localização é um ponto forte: super central e perto de tudo! O quarto é confortável (embora um pouco pequeno) e bem equipado, com ar-condicionado e aquecedor. O banheiro também é pequeno, mas funcional. O único ponto que notamos é a oportunidade de melhorar a proatividade da recepção em termos de boas-vindas e auxílio, como visto em outros hotéis. No geral, uma estadia muito positiva.

Everything was good. The host is very helpful

Love that is walking distance to everything, bed was comfortable and the AC was really good. A bit hard to find. Customer service was also good. I would stay here again.

Everything good except it was not possible to look canal 1 & 2 at TV

The room is basic but very clean & tidy property. Very friendly & helpful staff. We stayed 2 nights. It’s in a neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants & was very noisy, tough to sleep with drunk people right outside the window all night long (mid week! ) No complaints other than the noisy neighborhood.

Rosa e Mercedes são gentis e educadas por demais e isso já traz um grande conforto. O quarto é exatamente o que consta no site (simples, com decoração já ultrapassada, porém, limpo e confortável) Um lugar que volto!

É um tipo de hospedagem bastante comum em Madri (Hostal). O custo x benefício é muito bom. A instalação fica localizada bem no centro de Madri, perto de tudo: locais históricos, parques, metrôs, lojas, teatros, mercados... enfim, tudo o que um viajante precisa. O quarto é simples, mas a cama é confortável e o banho é bom. Gostei muito e recomendo para quem quer uma hospedagem turistica sem gastar muito.

Excellent location in the centre of Madrid. A little cumbersome with the process of leaving the key at the front desk but it felt safe and the reception staff is always friendly and helpful. It can get a little noisy at night at times but that's part of the location being so close to everything.

Very central and easy access to metro Bit of noise at night but it is above a lovely bar

Posizione centralissima,camera abbastanza pulita e personale disposta a soddisfare ogni richiesta.

Very well located with friendly staff. While there's no on-site parking, there are a couple of public parking options within a 10-minute walk.

The bathroom tiles are broken and dangerous

Perfect spot for Madrid! Right in the center and within a 20 minute walk to anything else. Comfortable bed and good service from the front desk. A great find at a very good price!
