窓ガラスが少し汚かったのが残念

Dinner was amazing. Breakfast was very Japanese,l as well. not western if wondering. Overall cool experience. Not walkable from the train station imo

おもてなし、泉質、お部屋、料理全て完璧でした。毎年の定宿にさせて頂ければ幸いです。本当に大満足の宿です

Room was clean but slightly outdated and not as big as we had thought it would be, especially for one shared with 5 adults and a baby. Staff were polite and were always quick to accommodate the baby.

The toilet in the room is smelly

很棒的住宿。住宿時要留意裸足和存放拖鞋的規定。客房與溫泉有曲折的聯通道，很有趣。早餐很好吃。

溫泉水是天然的溫泉水,而家酒店內可使用的服務種類繁多

Kaiseki was superb and more than i thought, service and quality was good. People there was very nice.

The spa is excellent! Highly recommended

Everything is excellent except we had a bad experience for the free shuttle when we were leaving.

The hotel is clean and well presented. The room was very good. The onsen was fabulous.

子供がいるので、もう少し大きい部屋に案内してほしかった。

部屋は綺麗で朝食はおいしく、部屋は清潔で気持ちよかった。部屋に備え付けられてあるビールの栓抜きとガラスが汚れており、空気清浄機の給水タンクも黒カビがあり使えなかったことが残念だった。

Beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable

布団が少し薄い感じでした。

温泉は宿泊者専用、太閤の湯とも利用出来て、とても良かった。また太閤の湯に入るためにエレベーターの乗り換えがあったが、宿泊者と一般を分けるセキュリティがしっかりしており良かった。 朝食バイキングも種類が豊富で美味しくいただきました。 あえて言うならば、フードコートのメニューにアルコールのあてになる一品料理があれば、良かった。

対応、サービス、温泉全て満足のホテルで久しぶりの家族旅行を満喫させてもらえました。
