Clean room, friendly staff and the best was that is located very close to many historic places!

Muy buena ubicación, seguro caminar por la noche en el área, personal muy amable y al pendiente de que algo se nos ofreciera en la habitación. Llegamos 2 horas antes del check in y nos entregaron rápido la habitación, al hacer check out nos guardaron las maletas sin costo extra.

Plenty of shops around. No parking. Some rooms don’t have ac fyi . Nice n clean

In an area that looks fairly run down. Great distance to everything, you can walk 5-10 minutes to the heart of the tourist area. The rooms are SMALL. Somewhat dated and needing some work (sink was loose, shower slow to drain) only 2 plugs for cellphone charging. Rooftop great if you are travelling with a large group.

Room 106 was quite small. Lots of street noise from 3 til 10pm. No real food on site. Street life all around that area is pure chaos.

We had an 18 hour stop off in Mexico City on our way home from Huatulco and wanted somewhere that wasn't too far from the airport but in a walkable area. We were happy with our choice of hotel. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was in a very walkable area but wasn't too noisy in the room. The shower was a good temperature and pressure. The room is basic but was all we needed. The rooftop terrace was lovely and we enjoyed sitting up there with some delicious pastries!

Smelled funky and water came out from the shower all the way to the room.

We were unable to stay - violence broke out on Feb 22, the day we were to leave! Hotel was wonderful in helping with a refund even though the time to cancel was past. They also responded with helpful advice to an earlier question. We plan to rebook when we can. Looking forward to a stay at this property. Ken and Sheila

El lugar es céntrico y está muy limpio Solo sería bueno que tuvieran algún tipo de comida disponible o guías para pedir.

El personal muy amable, los servicios buenos, solo las puertas de los baños hay darles un poco de mantenimiento

The hotel didn’t have running water for the moment they said and my room door key wasn’t working either; so I decided to walk away

Excelente servicio y atencion, aunque las habitaciones son pequeñas. Es un hotel de negocios, ubicado en la zona de compras de ropa y accesorios.
