Sehr angenehmes gut durchdachtes und herzliches Hotel. Es war sehr schön hier Gast gewesen zu sein. Das gesamte Personal war immer ansprechbar und sehr bemüht die Wünsche der Gäste schnell und perfekt umzusetzen. Das Essen war sehr gut zubereitet. Am Abend gab es drei Menüs zur Auswahl. Und mehrere leckere Nachspeisen. Die Getränkepreise sind Ok. Die Pools sind alle sehr sauber, wie auch das gesamte Umfeld und die Wellnessbereiche. Hier und da ist die Einrichtung schon etwas benutzter, aber das ist auch normal. Nichts hält ewig! Wir waren als Paar das erste Mal zu Gast, aber garantiert nicht das letzte Mal!!! Fantastic hotel , staff and amenities excellent

Das Haus hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt, der Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam, die Küche exzellent, die Skibushaltestelle war 40m entfernt.

I hate giving this hotel 5 stars because everyone reading this will book and I won’t be able to get a room It’s not the most fancy hotel I have ever stayed at but it’s clean and bright with a great family feeling and the staff are some of the best I have ever had the pleasure to know Free ski busses with a stop right outside make the location good, and the main town is an easy 5 minutes by foot, this town is not party central but for a quiet ski week you couldn’t ask for more and the surrounding scenery is breath taking. If I was pressed for something to complain about it would be kids in the spa pools but really they are guests too so not much I can say If you are looking for a comfortable family run hotel with great staff, service and food look no further
