The property location is great as it's just minutes from Time Square and nearby to a lot of activities, train station, eateries, etc. However, this hotel has two sides one Residence Inn and the other Courtyard Marriott. I am accustomed to staying at Residence Inn but figured I would try the other side which turned out okay. We had to change to another room because the first one they gave us smelled like dog piss. It was obvious that the hotel was dog friendly........ which is okay, but can you sanitize disinfect and keep the room clean and aroma fresh. But as always, the check in process always smooth and the staff is customer friendly and courteous.

The staff was warm and welcoming. The room was in wonderful condition -- clean, airy, with a good-sized window. They let me check in early and held my bags for a couple of hours after check out so I could run to MoMA. Will stay there again.

The room is very outdated, the AC is very loud. Bed and pillows are especially comfortable. There is no elevator key entry so anyone can go anywhere which is not really safe. Disappointed overall and would not stay here again

The rooms are clean & well maintained, and a good size for New York. The location is perfect with Times Square & Central Park all in walking distance.

This location was walk distance from the Theater district and we felt safe too. Many restaurants near by. Our always go to is Gallagher’s Steakhouse.

Small room for 2 people. The shower door does not close well and the water slips. The are no drawers in the room so it lacks of space for the guests. Closet is too small for 2 people.

Had a fantastic experience at Courtyard by Marriott. The staff were friendlyand helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. Great location and overall smooth stay.

I had a wheelchair accessible shower, and every time I showered, the bathroom flooded. Other than that, everything was great. The staff were very helpful and nice.

Wonderful city view from the room, high recommendation. The hotel room is clean and quiet. Everything is walkable distance and nice staffs too.
