These folks were so accommodating and friendly. We were welcomed and treated as treasured guests. The location so near the Unesco World Heritage Medina makes it so authentic.

The staff at Dar Ben Gacem truly take pride in caring for this place. Every staff member was so helpful, and the building is immaculate. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. Would recommend.

This was a traditional Dar in the medina. Our room was small but wonderful. We loved staying here and walking around Tunis and the medina. The weather warmed up for us and we got to sit in the courtyard for an amazing breakfast and got to meet some new friends. Staff was lovely and helped with luggage up some stairs. I highly recommend staying here!

Very nice hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Its location is excellent, close to the Old Medina and shopping areas, making it convenient for exploring and enjoying the surroundings.

Sana and Dali were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The medina location is perfect and quiet, sufficiently away from the huddle and bussle of the medina. A taxi can actually get quite near to the Dar.

If you want to be in the Messina, it’s perfectly located. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was good too.

A place of enormous charm, with welcoming helpful staff and a perfect restoration of an old building. I cannot recommend it enough!

Great location if you want to explore the Medina. Furniture and rooms are a bit dated but it’s part of the charm. Staff were friendly at check in. WiFi only worked near the door of my room.

Staff was argumentative and rude after hotel had sent us an airport pick up confirmation including cost and front desk claimed their eMail was wrong, we owed more. The young man was downright nasty and thereafter passive aggressive with poor attitude. Very disappointing "welcome"
