Netter Empfang, gutes lokales Frühstück und nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war zwar klein aber sauber. Im Bad hab es Handtücher, Duschgel, Shampoo und Toilettenpapier. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt. Kommen gerne wieder.

I can recommend others to stay at this hotel, the staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean but the bathroom fittings were old and a chore to operate.

Rooms are good size, pretty clean and staff is very nice.

Hotel plaza is an excellent hotel.

The staff was very good. Bed very comfortable. More non slip mat needed in bathroom and a hair dryer. Breakfast was very good. My Ravi Gupta was very helpful

Good Hotel and convenient location

The service was prompt. The staff were friendly. The hotel is as publicised. Location was very good. lots of shopping, food, medical options close by. The hotel room was decent, again its as the photo shows. Some signs of aging, but at least the air-con and TV were working. I had no troubles sleeping.

Hotel regular. Não é ruim e nem poderia ser chamado de bom. Café da manhã fraco. Pessoal simpático. Cheguei 7 horas antes do horário de check in e não houve flexibilidade, tive de pagar mais uma diária cheia.

Hotel location along with surrounding neighborhood market is great. Hotel room fits the value of the nightly price. Problems encountered during hotel stay was with counter check in person who is unprofessional and needs basic course on how to deal with guests. Also, during our stay, we had several employees ask us about things that was none of their business or anything to do with the one night stay. Breakfast was below average.

If you are a Westerner, you will be the only one. This is a very vibrant and busy neighborhood with an active market set up every afternoon till 10pm selling everything from clothes to jewelry, fresh fruit and furniture. The hotel is a quick 5 minute walk from the Chembur suburban train station with trains taking you all over Mumbai if you dare using the overcrowded system. The hotel is also a 5 minute walk to the new monorail system, however, it won't take you anywhere really useful until the extension opens in 2015. The staff was excellent and very professional. The free breakfast was great!
