Not great for families because of the pool situation. There was a salt water pool that people avoided because the water was deep and stung your eyes, there was a pool that was reserved for adults and there was a pool just for decoration. As a result most people went to the children's pool, which was always crowded. Another negative was the lack of shade.

Top 10 des hôtels que j'ai fréquenté, la gentillesse de tout le personnel et leur courage (nous y étions pendant la tempête) L'hôtel est magnifique, d'un propreté exemplaire et on y mange plutôt bien pour une grande structure. Concert tous les soirs, c'est un véritable all inclusive. La seule chose qui m'a choqué, c'est le gaspillage de nourriture mais la, c'est à la direction de faire quelque chose. Merci pour cette belle et agréable semaine.

We had an excellent holiday and are already looking forward to going back! The accommodation was great as it was a good sized room that was big enough for our family of four and it had a lovely view of the sea. It was also very clean and was kept so by the maids despite the efforts of our two young children. The food in particular was a major plus point as it was of a high standard and varied. Also, one of our children has severe food allergies. The hotel was very good at communicating with us about allergens in the foods and also offered to make versions of dishes without the allergens. They also provided dishes direct from the kitchen to prevent cross contamination (which is always a worry when eating at buffets when allergies are involved). Lastly, all the staff were very friendly and efficient!

Noise was an issue.

A stunning property in Rhodes, this is now my second time at this hotel and I loved it even more this time. Great variety of food choices and everything is included on the all inclusive. All staff are so friendly and helpful, will definitely be returning again.

Had an excellent week at the Alila. Friendly staff, facilities were great and clean. Various dining options but be sure to book the a la carte restaurants upon arrival as are popular. Kids didn't want to leave. Would stay here again.

A fabulous get away destination. Thank you for an amazing experience from the friendly staff, to the fabulous food options and most importantly making my husband's birthday celebration a truly special one.

The staff were so helpful especially when it came to my daughter’s dietary requirements, with plenty of choice for her. You did not have to wait for the staff to help with anything you needed. The food was of a very high standard with a great selection of restaurants. The location was wonderful with great sea views and very clean throughout. Close to Rhodes old town if you wanted to venture and also not a far transfer from the airport. Lovely entertainment on an evening. An extremely good all inclusive Hotel overall.

Wow! We’ve just left Mitsis Alila after a perfect week. The hotel is immaculate and the staff go above and beyond to look after you. There is so much choice of places to eat and drink, and they haven’t compromised on quality. The pizza bar on the beach was a personal favourite. We rarely go back to the same hotel twice, but we’ll definitely be returning!

Stayed a room with private swimming pool which was large enough for a family. Very gorgeous property with friendly and professional staffs. Entire property was very well maintained with high cleanness. We visited many all inclusive resorts in the past but this was one of the best for us.

Great resort, good restaurants, and the staff was nice. Need to fix the water temperature in the showers, Jummping all the time.

This is a great hotel. The location is excellent with easy transport to Rhodes town and a short(ish) walk to Faliraki. All the staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly. Nana in the greek restaurant was brilliant, as was Sofia and Daria in the Night bar. Also shout out to Nestor and Nicholas, good luck with school! Rooms were spacious and comfortable, there was always space around the pool or on the beach, I liked the free towels. The buffet food is nice, however the restaurants are incredible! We tried the Greek and Italian and would highly recommend, the pizza place on the beach was a personal favourite. Super easy to book transfers and taxis. It was also very easy to hire a car for the day. The hotel really has everything you need and we would not hesitate to book again.

A stunning hotel with top class A La Carte restaurant options. “All inclusive” really does mean all inclusive - unlike other hotels in the market, nothing is out of bounds. The restaurants are fantastic - make sure to make your evening reservations well in advance before you arrive though. Private Pool suites are more like a swim up room (the pool isn’t completely private), but still worth every penny in my opinion. We have visited this hotel for the past 2 years and will most certainly be returning next summer.
