They need to work on the air conditioning

There was no bedsheet under the comforter. That’s yucky given that the comforter is not washed after each guest checks out. The AC was poor functioning.

I liked breakfast, I didn’t like bath room without vents to suck smell to outside…

We enjoyed our stay the room was just super dark. Could use more lights

Bathtub was flooding and it took forever to come and fix

Hampton Inn is the best. Great stay. Great staff, except I coukdn't get connected to wifi through my Hilton Honors. Staff tried to fix this, but it didn't work

Keys didn't work intermittently

For one night it was good. Beds were a bit creeky & noisy

Very clean. Liked the free breakfast. The shower head needs replaced.

Only stayed there for 12 hours

Rooms are dated and they only service it every 2 days. Shower handle was stripped and it was hard to regulate water temperature. It also did not drain properly. We called to have it fixed but they never came and we were only there 2 nights.

Staff was nice

Good comfortable stay and excellent easy shuttle to Buffalo Airport with good customer service.

We had a great time to stay there. Breakfast is good. Room is nice and clean. Front desk is very friendly. We'll come back again.

It is close to the swim meets.
