Me encantó todo lo único que encuentro que deben mejorar es la comida del buffet de Royalton Splash.

I recently stayed at Royalton Splash for a much-needed vacation, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Check-in was smooth and quick, and we were offered a welcome drink which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view that made every morning feel special. The bed was extremely comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh throughout our stay.

We really like it that it was so close to all amenities, especially the pool as it was just on the back of my room… fun. Pool bar guys and girls along with the entertainers, are the best ❤️ our room cleaner, lovely lady. Overall, everyone in their specialty are just amazing and husband and I are very pleased ❤️❤️

Comida fría en el buffet, los especiales del chefs quemada pero cruda interior, servicio de habitación muy lento o nunca llegó, la comunicación en la carpeta muy dificultoso, pues no es del splash sino del royalton punta cana, en las piscinas falta de toallas todos los días, solo bueno el personal muy atento

The grounds were beautiful. The pools and beach were beautiful. The rooms were dated. There was NO air conditioning anywhere but your room- eating meals in heat was not a nice experience. Tips were expected to get good service, otherwise staff would not be friendly

If we could take back our money, we would! Our vacation at the Royalton splash was a miss. From rude staff to a severely dated room that lacked proper ventilation and had mold, our trio had numerous challenges. Want to eat breakfast? Make sure you go early because when the staff decides they no longer feel like cooking, they will not even if it’s still meal time. Make sure you’re amenable to finding different food options because they often lacked food, ran out of stuff quickly, and had little options for kids. Best part? Everyone has a hand out looking for a tip, even when they don’t deserve it, or have done anything of value.

Los empleados super atentos, muy buenas personas. Joselito fue excelente con nosotros, el forma parte del entretenimiento y nos ayudó muchísimo con todo. Muy agradecida

Había una losa rota y varios niños se cortaron e incluyendo a mi hija, tuvimos que ir a un hospital fuera del hotel para que atendieran a mi hija. Luego de todo el mal rato tuvismo 3 horas en el hospital y el hospital no nos queria dejar a ir hasta que el hotel pagara, y se tardaron mucho. Y para finalizar todavia no he recibido mi reembolso del depósito del hotel.

Stephanie hizo mi chck out pase mala experiencia perdi mi trasporte queria cobrarme nuevamente mi estadia. Ernesto y los bartender fueron lo mejor atencion. Belky y luis mejor animadores el bufet fueron atentos todos especial Martina y Joselito se encargo que mi hija tuviera su pastel decumpleaños. Margarita y Joan del bar del lobby Fueron Excelentes. Ame el lugar.

El check out fue lo peor , me querian cobrar la estadia nuevamente que ya estaba paga. La bañera , el piso se mojaba demaciado estaba cortina rota

Had a basic room. Needed some up keep. Things were falling apart. Other then that the food was good and the entertainment staff was great.

Si hay descuento vengo de nuevo muy bueno

The property and the facilities were well-mantained. I could see the staff making sure that everything was neat every morning. This is great. What we didn't like in terms of property was that the shower in our room only had one static glass panel covering it. This was inconvenient as we had to clean the floor outside of the shower every time we showered or we had to be extremely careful not to make a mess outside of the half-space within a small shower.

Amazing resort for families, has many pools, beach and waterpark. Food options are plentiful and there is always a snack bar and sports bar option for picky eaters. Staff is amazing and always accommodating, beans coffee is the best and the entertainment staff - JJ, Mickaela, Balky, Luis, Miguel, Yaby are all great. Bar and wat staff at the splash pool are awesome - Ernesto, Elby, and Maria! You will love it here for sure. Its super safe for kids and a family resort.
