Estaba limpia la habitación solo que un aroma no muy agradable pero es el único que pienso que lo pueden mejorar

Good Breakfast, AC not working in our room. We were happily accommodated to another room where it was freezing cold perfect for hot weather outside.

This time I found three cockroaches in the bathroom and I'm sure there was more during the night, the staff was very nice and helpful but the hotel is getting old and there's no renovation in their flaws.

Bathrooms needs hands towels and a better shower curtains

Room is clean the only down fall is that the AC wasn't cooling the room they had a fan in there so not sure if they knew or not but besides that is a nice place for one noght stay

a las habitaciones que reserve que fueron dos no funcionaba el servicio de refrigeración de los cuartos por lo tanto las habitaciones estaban calientes hable con la recepcionista para reportarlo y me dijo que por lahora y al tener un hoteltotalmente lleno no me podia resolver pedi hablar con su jefe imediato y el no quizo salir se me hizo una falta de respeto

Room was clean but one of the bedsheets was stained. On the info the hotel offers transportation but when I called I was told it wasn’t available to check later and then I called again a few days before my reservation and was told the van broke down again. Phone in the room wouldn’t connect to the front desk and tv wouldn’t connect to streaming apps I had to call through my phone to be able to get ahold of someone in the front desk for them to tell me the tv is not compatible with streaming apps even though the tv remote had easy access buttons to those apps. Ac in the room the lid that covered the temperature lights was broken so I had a bright green light shinning all day and night.

Nunca me hospede hice mi reservación con más de un mes de anticipación no se vale que al llegar hacer checkin no respeten tu reserva, aparte ni una solución te dan , según tenían varios pisos en reparación , la verdad el personal muy déspota , revendieron las habitaciones tal vez por conveniencia por qué es lo que se noto, estoy furioso me destrozaron mi itinerario de ese dia , no sé si se pueda poner queja en Profeco pero se lo merecen por no respetar la reservación.
