Me gustó muchísimo la comodidad de las habitaciones, su limpieza y lo amplias que son. La comida del restaurante es algo cara, pero es muy sabrosa.

Wonderful resort-like hotel with all the amenities on-site, you wont feel like you need to leave. Multiple restaurant options, beautiful pool. Felt very private and safe. Delicious food and helpful staff wherever you go.

One SMALL water is in room daily. More water would be nice.

Excelentes acomodações, ambiente junto a natureza muito aconchegante. Café da manhã no modo buffet como limitação de um omelete por pessoa, forma-se fila para o café podendo levar até 10-12min para conseguir se servir, funcionários um tanto inflexíveis.

Conozco la propiedad hace años y han crecido considerablemente ! Instó a que no pierdan su calidad y atención al cliente.

Cama incomoda. Me dieron una habitacion con mucho ruido se escuchaban vehiculos y camiones pasar y ventanas no resistentes al sonido. Habia calor y no habian ni ventiladores. Piscina estaba llena de insectos.

No air condition and is very warm at night

It was a beautiful hotel and restaurants. The breakfast was very good.lots of good, safe parking. No one spoke English but we're patient with me using my phone translator.

El hotel esta algo deteriorado, en mi habitacion habian muchos insectos pero la comida es muy rica.

We loved the staff, they were all amazing. The restaurants and food were all great. Walking the property to see the animals, flowers and landscaping was outstanding. Outside the property didn’t feel so safe.

App would not reserve 2 queen bed room for group larger than 2 people. There is plenty of space but they wanted to charge for “extra” people.

Very nice hotel. The only thing we did not like was that the staff were cleaning rooms at 6am and making lots of noise.
