Great restaurant, nice area

Great breakfast, helpful staff. Downside was no AC but not a huge problem

VERY PEACEFUL AND RELAXING. ACCOMODATIONS VERY COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS. HOTEL STAFF WARM, HELPFUL AND SUPPORTIVE. HOTEL FOOD DELICIOUS AND WELL PRESENTED.

Hotel var helt perfekt og med super værelser og pool. Tæt på vulkankrater Poás og San Jose. Restauranten var dog ikke noget værd.

Beautiful place with beautiful people! Being in the city, you have so much around you to see, visit and of course the many incredible eateries to choose from. The views of the surrounding mountains is quite serene. The rooms are very clean, and staff is always ready to make you comfortable. The on-site restaurant is wonderful, and makes a romantic setting for all. We could not get enough of the breakfast included with our stay, always looked forward to it.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was wonderful. They remembered our name and took great care of us. We will come back. 😊

It was a great one night stop over!

Hotel owners, both husband and wife and their staff were really helpful and friendly. Property is really well maintained with diverse flowering plants and villa room we stayed in is very spacious and clean. Even though it is still the wet season, temperature was really pleasant and A/C wasn’t needed to sleep well. Very peaceful environment and walking distance to town square. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to getaway and relax.

The owners are lovely people. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The villas are lovely and it’s quiet. We’ll be back!

Hubby and I enjoyed our stay - great service and people are so very helpful. Not a typical hotel - the standard rooms do not have AC, but they do have cross winds once you open the windows and sliding doors, if this is not enough, turn on the fan. Showers a slow draining but nice hot water, so just adjust how much water comes out and you should be fine. The food was good. We also discovered it was pet friendly. Walking distance to town but no shade so be prepared.

Issues with drain in shower. Weird design of the units I was in, some termite activity.

Charming family owned and operated venue - very peaceful, lovely pool and naturally beautiful property. Staff is wonderful and room was clean and comfortable.

Gerne wieder als Zwischenstopp nach dem langen Flug. Aber nur mit Navi zu finden. Man muss über den Hotelnamen in dem Navi suchen.

Chose this property based on the wonderful reviews. Honestly, this is a motel. Yes, the grounds are beautiful and the staff is nice but the rooms are outdated, AC barely works (actually broke down in the middle of the night), pool had a muddy water color and old half broker plastic lounges. Bathrooms are extremely outdated and scary looking. There is no view at this property. I was counting minutes to get out from there.

I expected the Resturant to be opened but was closed for dinner. Grounds not well kept up. Areas felt dirty with porches and mats not cleaned. Parking felt insecure until asked to park up but my room.

The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful and the rooms are always clean and nice… The food is delicious and consistent. My only complaint was the condition of the swimming pool but I’ve stayed there many times before and I think it was a one off
