Staff had zero manners with the exception to the Janitor and the lovely guy who was painting the facility. The hotel is very clean.

This hotel had a great location and the restaurant that is located inside was great.

I asked several times for maintenance for the sink was backed up leaked water had to keep towels on the floor some front desk was rude some restaurant servers was rude got fresh towels on my 3rd day there just a mess and I usually have nothing bad to say about this hotel but this time I don’t know if I’m staying there again

The location was wonderful. The front desk and cleaning crew were more than friendly! We loved our stay!

Colazione pessima, un unico piatto da scegliere no briosche no cappuccino e qualità pessima .durante il soggiorno ho neleggiato una moto, la sera al rientro circa le 21 abbiamo chiesto al personale reception se la potevamo parcheggiare a fianco l’ingresso,dopo averla visionata ci anno detto che potevamo ,dopo 2 ore che dormivamo ci chiamano in camera per spostarla immediatamente.(la moto dove era ci avevano dato autorizazzione i colleghi perche li dove era non dava fastidio a nessuno

This by far had to be the worst level of service I have had in a long time. I am not sure even where to begin. We booked 3 rooms. I called the front desk to let them know we were out of toilet paper twice and never received it. I had to go to several floors to track down house keeping to get a roll. House keeping did not speak english, so i had to look up online how to ask for toilet paper in spanish. We called downstairs to ask if they had ironing board because the room didnt have one and she rudely replied no and hung up. I went down to ask for suggestions on places to eat and maybe a nice lounge and Genesis said "I have no idea you can walk up and down the street, theres bars ther". I ended up walking across the street to Lowes concierge for dinner and lounge suggestions, which was absolutely amazing. I forgot my phone there and called the hotel directly 15 times and finally got an answer on the 16th attempt. The list goes on and on. I guess the saying is true that you get what you pay for. The only thing this hotel has positive is the Salt restaurant and Vince. I would suggest paying the extra money for the service you deserve.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to everything, which made getting around super easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

Room way smaller than expected/as vowed on line. Not the cleanest Bed was not comfortable

Stayed in Miami before a cruise. The nightlife was fun and within walking distance.
