Stayed in Miami before a cruise. The nightlife was fun and within walking distance.

Generally the hotel was nice, clean and in a good location. However, the receptionists and general staff were absolutely awful. Receptionists on the phone with earphones tells you everything you need to know.

It’s clean and restaurants are all walking distance. The beach is also close.

I stayed at the Iberostar hotel in Miami for 3 nights. The location was good, but the amenities did not meet the standards of a typical 4-star hotel. The staff was not very friendly, and some of them couldn’t speak English. The room amenities were limited — there was no bottled water or kettle, and the furnishings were outdated. At the front desk, only one lady, whom I saw in the evening, was friendly; the rest were not. The cleaning was not done properly every day. The pillows had a very unpleasant odor, which made the room smell, and the toiletries provided were inadequate. There was even a lack of a shower cap. The hotel did not seem to follow an American-style management system.

This hotel was beautiful and very easy to get to everything

Walls are too thin, you can hear EVERYTHING. Our stay was only $159, but I see sometimes it is $450 and I would be livid after spending that and not getting sleep because of the noise from other rooms! Cafe in front was lovely.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel. Punktabzug gibt es für das frühstück. Nicht das Essen sondern das System. Man braucht einen Voucher, damit man das gebuchten Frühstückt bekommt. Das muss man jeden Morgen an der Rezeption abholen und eventuell 15 Minuten warten! Beim einchecken wurde nichts gesagt, dass heisst man wird am ersten Morgen hin und her geschickt. Ein absolutes blödes System.

This was a beautiful property however I really didn’t feel as though I got the best Customer Service. When we initially checked in, we were a few hours early. Being that we had just come off a cruise we were extremely tired sleeping in the lobby. Initially I was told that our room was not ready. Once I mentioned we came off the cruise, she said you should’ve told me that you can go ahead and check in. I was very confused if it wasn’t ready how did it miraculously become ready. I believe it was ready, but for whatever reason they were holding the room. Though I appreciate being able to check in early once it was noted that we had just come off a cruise, I wish the customer service would’ve been direct and upfront and just allowed us to check into the room , the fact that we weren’t a bottle of wine says that un Expedia. I use Expedia often and never have issues with hotels regarding the bottle of wine. I’m a gold star member and have been. Honestly, overall it was a beautiful property. I just think the staff needs to do better.

The check in and check out experience were terrible. Over 3 hours to check in and our room was not ready due to the rooms not being cleaned. Stephanie was horrible to work with, extremely rude.

Scammers. Stay away. Hotel is dirty and outdated. Staff are rude and unhelpful.
