Great location, clean, staff was very accommodating. The only issues were the King bed needs to be replaced and very little water pressure for the shower regardless of what time of the day.

Free breakfast, free coffee during all day! Clean and neat!

We loved our stay at the Cabana Inn! It was so convenient and affordable as well. The room and the entire property was so lovely. Breakfast and Happy Hour were extra special treats! There were so many little extras that made the stay so enjoyable.

Terrível , quarto sujo , fedido , tinha barata morta , banheiro nojento , nada parecido com as fotos da site , cobram 44 dólares de taxa de limpeza e o quarto não parecia nem que as roupas de cama foram trocadas !!! Um desastre !!! Além de 32 dólares para estacionar o carro !!!

Bathroom needs upgrade , floor and shower floor is dirty , ceiling has brown stains , towels looks old needs to replace a new one .

Close to Duvall Street, that's a great feature! very limited parking onsite, the room we were in had a broken nightstand table, bathroom is small. Overall ok , but the 44$ they charged for resort fee isn't worth what we got is what I felt.

We stayed here Friday night and the staff was great. Mozar checked us in and he was friendly and polite. The room and the grounds were clean. There is no parking included. You pay extra for that and it fills up quickly. I had to pay $63.00 to park on the street for 10 hours. There is also a $45..00 resort fee that you pay when you check in. So, it was an extra $108.00 that I had to pay that I wasn’t expecting. One big complain that I have is that there was no cable. Seide came to try to fix it for us, to no avail. He went above and beyond to get it working. It never did work. I was up most of the night because I need to fall asleep to TV. I was exhausted the next day and had a 1:30 pm snorkeling trip planned and had to drive home 5 hours after that. Also, the hot tub wasn’t working. I did leave a message for the manager to call me before leaving this review. 2 days later and no call. Rooms: 2/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5

No closets. Nowhere to put anything in room or bathroom so our room had clothes and belongings everywhere Expedia should have put mandatory $250 chrg on app. We had to pay that upon arrival. That could’ve been 2 amazing dinners somewhere. Why don’t they take that when booking. I was very angry about that. That was for breakfast, pool whatever. Who knows? That was just very wrong. Staff was amazing tho. Not their fault.

It was a perfect location for beach life and night life

The property was conveniently licated just off Duval yet quiet enough to not hear noise. The rooms are adorable, very simple and clean. Breakfast is also simple but has what you need. Happy hour was fun mingling with other guests. We will be staying here again in the future.
