The elevator was out of service ,our room was on the fourth floor .The hot tub was also broken .Refund would be nice It really was bad !!!!!!!

Food wise not enough food they run out not efficiently replenish,flies flying on the bread case,changes would be appreciated. We had 2 rooms stay 3 days I had 2 seniors with me on the 4rd floor the elevator didn't work going up and down was so painful and difficult when you have knee issues the jacuzzi didn't work and one of us got bit by spider that was in the water,the keys had to be replaced every day for both rooms cause they stop working. My number 1 it's usually la Quinta by Wyndham but this time was just such an inconvenience in many reasons.

This hotel is not being kept up. From weeds outside to smell that hits you when you walk in door. Check in said elevator broken which happens, but it had been broken for over a week and no one warned me. I am elderly with bad knees. Carrying my luggage up the very dirty staircase was extremely difficult.

We were handed the keys then notified that the elevator was out abd we would be on the 4th floor. As I have hip issues and am waiting to have a procedure, it would have been nice to know there was no elevator when we booked the room.

The check in staff were very nice but entry way was rather dirty. I had second thoughts about not checking in as I've stayed here several years back. At that time the place was very clean and nice looking. Entrance was pretty dirty outside as was the parking lot. Staff at desk were very nice. Entry way was dirty could have been swept or vacuumed Elevator did not work so they gave me a second floor room. (I am Disabked ) so I didn't have much choice but they gave me second floor. Room was clean but bed had clumps or bumps in it mattress was worn but again not much of a choice. Hallway and stairway carpet was stained and needed vacuumed Dining area for breakfast was not cleaned or sitting area benches needed replacement plus dirty. Breakfast was pretty basic nothing spectacular. I walk with a cane have had back surgery several times. The stairs were painful going up and down but tolerable I wish I would have know elevator was out before I got there. As I said I stayed here in the past it wouldn't be my first choice but if I'm tired really tired I would stay here. Never again. Just to dirty. They had a bunch of work trucks in the parking lot. I assume a lot of workers were staying here but my bed smelled of oil washed oil or grease. One of my towels was washed but you could see the old grease oil stains on it and a hint of a smell. I think I'll pass it up in the future as I said I hadn't been there in years the first appearance starting with the parking lot should be a clue.

Good customer service

Was good enough for what we needed, the bad, elevator out of service on the 2nd day. Breakfast was pretty decent, nothing bad for a LaQuinta.

Dirty room with ants No chair to sit in Bathroom door will not shut

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The volume on our TV did not work. We notified the hotel. The bed was comfortable but the pillows needed to be fluffier. I’d stay there again.

We thought it would be a great stay, as it looked clean and well maintained but my sister got bit up by bed bugs.

Easy check-in and out

The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Very Limited choices. Not hot.

Great place to stay

The staff are really nice, the property is very clean and that includes the rooms. They have very comfortable beds which after being on the road all day, was greatly appreciated! No issues with getting on and off the highway, so access is super easy! There is also a lot of parking at this property. I will definitely stay here again.

They were great! I couldn't get the tv to shut off and the front desk was more than happy to come up and help. Everyone is so friendly.

The only problem was that the bed was too high for my aunt.

I loved the place, the staff has small town charm, if only there weren’t loud inconsiderate guests, lol.
