Appartement deux chambres très grand et agréable. Localisation de l hôtel parfaite vue sur le Burj al Arab d un coté et l Atlantis et royal Atlantis de l autre coté avec magnifiques couchés de soleil… top classe !

When i have got to the hotel the room was not like in the pictures... We asked for a different room but they they do not have room for all the stay ... The big problem start later when i askd for my money back the hotel said to ask from the agency hotel.com that said that the hotel doesn't want to refund the money because it was not refundable... I tried to speak lot's of time with hotel.com but the answers was sound like a bot is answering me. I feel very bad with that experience

The property would be top notch if it was new. We do find it a little bit tired, however still clean and service is great. Nice beach and pool. Good food at Mekong, not cheap but really good food. At the weekends we struggle to find seats at the pool and beach area it was very busy.

Negative: The hotel is showing its age and in need of renovation. Mold is present around the pool. The air conditioning is not adjustable. The room has a slightly musty smell. The bed is far too soft, so you practically sink into it. Not a good choice for individual travelers, as the hotel accommodates many families with children. The price/performance ratio is not up to 5-star standards compared to other hotels; it's far too expensive for what you get. Positive: The Mekong Restaurant and the individual breakfast at the Revo Cafe, where the team, especially Rabby, provided excellent service and the food was of good quality. Housekeeping and the bell staff also do a good job.

It’s a great location with amazing service and very helpful staff

The spa in Anantara is wonderful with great service and environment. Staff are all very friendly, thanks to Ibraham the receptionist who offered a room for us as early as 7am! Everyone is very friendly and helpful! Our stay is so amazing with their help!!

Everything was great, only thing you must concern is the way from/to the Hotel. At least you will enjoy the silence outside the city. The service is also perfect.

Far from a 5 star if you know 5 star this will disappoint.

Everything about this hotel was just perfect from start to finish. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was exceptional. The service was another level and the Security and Care was just amazing.

This is such a wonderful place to visit. Overall stay was exceptional. They are all very welcoming. We went as family and they provided everything we had asked as we had a baby. They attended to our needs quickly. This place made a turn around for our Dubai experience. Great place for vacation to relax and enjoy the view. One of the best resorts. Friendly staff to luxury and well kept room and room service. One of a kind lagoon. We would love to thank them for making our stay very comfortable. Looking forward to another visit in future.
