My husband and I stayed there because they have an indoor pool and we were not informed that it was closed when we made the reservation. That was basically the reason we stayed there. I recently had back surgery and my husband swims daily. Besides that everything was good.

The beds were in the ground! There was a box spring and a mattress. On the floor. The shower did not drain so you stood in water to shower. The pillows were hard and tiny. The whole place smelled musty.

The rooms/common areas are tired and worn looking. But the staff is great, the room clean, breakfast fine. Only vending machines available other times.

Call hotel to make me resernation whenever they disclose at the pool was unavailable.Even when you check in there's no signs that say the pool is not working.

Check in was easy, since I booked the hotel room through Hotels.com. The room was clean except the bathroom floor. It was waxy and our shoes slipped. I cleaned the floor myself with soap and water and that helped. We had ask the front desk to ask housekeeping for anything extra, like clean towels, extra kleenex and trash bags. Since Covid, I guess that is the way now. Breakfast was decent. It's nice it came with our hotel price. Staff was very nice and helpful. Our stay was quiet and the area was secluded enough for that reason. There are a lot of restaurants around. We would stay again if we ever came back.

Terrible hotel. Customer service is bad, purposely refused to assist with reservation changes. Keys frequently don’t work, and the staff has no interest in assisting. Hotel rooms are old and gross. Avoid this hotel!

swimming pool and hot tub were closed wrap. The bar had very little food on it no fruit no biscuits.

Terrible smoke smell in our non-smoking room. I could tell something had been sprayed to try to cover the smell. But, it bothered me all night. Also, no water pressure in the morning for showers. I couldn’t wash the products out of my hair at all. The facility and room were clean, but that’s it. Very disappointed.

This hotel has obviously hit hard times. This is our third year there and we won’t be back. Breakfast was sad, WIFI was extremely slow, the hot water for tea was lukewarm three days in a row, the hotel had NO soap. One day they took all the towels and left none. They have bulk shampoo and conditioner in the tub (no body wash) that the housekeeper said they don’t refill anymore - and ours was empty. Why are they still there? Also, they send you a text asking if everything was ok, but when you respond they don’t answer. There are at least three other suite style hotels within 5 miles. We will be searching for a new one.

Noisy plumbing in room bathroom. Weekend crew failed to leave enough continental breakfast for week day crew. Breakfast was extremely limited.

we stayed here for the ERAS Tour and it was great. Easy access to the interstate to get to the Super Dome and much cheaper than any room in the city.

Overall I was cool with the stay however the people in the room above us were very loud and they stomped all night

The bed was firm and the hot tub was cold.

Was locked out room for hours and staff had no urgency about fixing the issue. We missed parts of our vacation because of this.

The property was alright, we was locked out one of our rooms for over 3 hours. That made us miss some of our vacation experiences. Our car keys, and clothing were locked in the room so could get food, wash nor change. They had no urgency about fixing the door neither. I wouldn't book hear again just because of that experience. But, as for everything else was fine.
