Small but nice hotel with a kind staff. Good located close to the beach and shopping area.

Close to the beach. Parking lot was small and annoying to get out of. You have to reverse into the street.

I was in town for a tradeshow and stayed at the James Hotel due to its proximity to the convention center. The few times i interacted with staff, they were very pleasant. The hotel itself needs a remodeling, but for a few nights it does the trick. The room was clean and tidy, but the whole hotel has a certain smell of humidity that i couldn't identify.

Super hôtel, bien placé avec parking gratuit. Personnel accueillant. Décoration exceptionnelle.

A localização é excelente e há estacionamento no local! Mas não recomendo o hotel! O atendimento é frio e alguns funcionários são antipaticos. A limpeza do quarto não é boa ! A cama é horrível e velha! O colchão e os travesseiros são desconfortáveis! O hotel e o quarto têm aspectos de velhos e sujos ! É certo que os preços de hospedagem em Miami são muito altos e superestimados, especialmente em South Beach! Entao , se puder hospede-se em Downtown ou em Brickell ou em North Beach, pois nesses bairros há hotéis melhores , mais confortáveis e com um custo-beneficio atrativo.

This is great location and a unique fun hotel- The windows need updating- They are old and not private (bathroom had a direct view of the street and no way to cover up during showering. bathroom.

O Hotel é antigo e simples, o quarto que ficamos no 3⁰ andar era muito bom, espaçoso e limpo. O atendimento na recepcao tambem bom, foram educados e atenciosos. De manha, na recepção oferecem cafe, frutas e donuts. A única observação que tenho, é em relação aos colchões, antigos e muito mole. Mas o melhor deste Hotel é a localização e o estacionamento gratuito . Ele fica no melhor local de Miami beach na minha opinião. Da para fazer tudo a pé, praia, lojas, bares, etc.

Was hesitant at first with some responses and reviews from prior to arriving. However, once we got there, everything went fine. Front desk was nicer than what others have said. Place is odd, but odd in a good way. Like others, remote didn't work right away, but all you have to do is look it up online and sync the remote. Really easy to do. Again, overall pretty cool place.

Owner of property so rude and regarding parking of car as well as checking. I don’t recommend, not worth of money. Image of room so good but actually it is horrible. Floor & bathroom so dirty and wall of room paint pile of every where.

Loved the decorations and the aesthetic of the place. The girl at the front desk was very nice and fun. The free parking is definitely a plus.

Hôtel bien situé et propre. Cependant un homme saoul chantait et jouait du piano très fort dérangeant les clients à 22h passées et le personnel de l’hôtel n’est pas intervenu.

You get what you pay for, but some things need to be better. A/C unit blows all the time nonstop so it's never silent in the room. One of our chairs in the room was broken and we put it outside the door for it to be replaced but they just took it and did not replace it. Hotel is famous with having a parking lot but as the receptionist admitted, they have 32 units in the building and 17 parking spots so one late night when we came back we could not park in the premises. Location and the price is great, so you get what you pay for
