The front dedk team were incredible. Genuinely interested in individuals, friendly, knowledgeable. The facilities were good and the location was convenient.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful, nothing too much for them.

Ein kleines feines Hotel ,das Frühstück war sehr leckerund eine grosse Auswahl. Balkon war zur Straße, leider etwas laut . Das Bad war ohne Lüftung und hat sehr nach Chemie gerochen und vom Vorgänger klebten alle 4 Tage die Haare an den Fliesen.

Location is very good. Small room but comfortable and well equipped. Efficient and friendly service throughout. We will return if the plans allow it in the near future.

Hotel is very clean and smells really nice. Room bright and cleaned every day. No issues with beds by the pool always some available.Good variety for breakfast although the ‘hot’ food was only ever Lukewarm. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

luca was great at front desk. Rooms outdated and had a smell in the room on the first floor. When they moved us to a new room the front to clean it the next morning.

Another fantastic holiday at Santa Ponsa Plaza. I love everything about this hotel. Located at the big roundabout opposite the beach this adults only hotel is perfect. Rooms and hotel are very clean and benefit from much needed air conditioning.

The hotel is well placed & very stylish the only reason I don’t give 5 stars - I like a dark room to sleep in & it’s very light as the curtains do not fit the windows or block the light & the shower head is fixed I don’t want to wash my hair daily so being able to move the shower head lower would be perfect for me

Visiting my daughter who lives in Calvia I decided to stay at Plaza & was pleasantly surprised at the quality on offer for the price. Excellent value. Would highly recommend. Central to everything, beach, restaurants,shops etc.

I had a super comfortable stay, the bed was large and bedroom was clean. I had a large case which was a bit difficult to store / access, but I had no major issues. The pool area was lovely with enough loungers and closed off from the main road. Bar area was nice and good cocktails! Will stay again if im in the area.

Lovely hotel, with amazing staff. Right next to the beach and to the bus stop with buses that take you straight to palma. Would stay here again

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. However the shower was very small. I could only get into it sideways and every time I moved I accidentally nudged against the tap and turned it off. I am of average size. Also on two days there were no bath towels in the bathroom

Overall we had an excellent stay in Santa Ponsa . Hotel very good and staff helpful

Comfortable stay good breakfast maid kept entering room without checking first and no Do Not Disturb sign in room. Staff pleasant and hotel in great location for airport/Palma buses plus others and main taxi rank.

Fajny hotel z basenem, jak na zdjęciach. Tylko dla dorosłych, więc cisza i spokój. Bardzo dobre śniadanie, codziennie z nowymi opcjami. Blisko plaży i przystanku autobusowego. Bardzo dobre połączenie z Palmą. Miejscowość zadbana i spokojna. Polecam.
