Great value and location. Clean and tidy. Breakfast included. Only disapointment was the shower pressure which wasnt fit for purpose really.But i guess you get what you pay for.

Our room was on the ground level and the staff were so nice and helpful , micheal made a lovely full English breakfast 😋 and david very quick in serving and nice and chatty with us which make the stay memorable

Very friendly and easy to find location.

This is our second stay, first time we stayed in the garden room it was absolutely lovely. This time it was occupied so we stayed in room 30 a double ensuite (never again) it was too small and the worst thing was the shower or should I say a lack of it ?. Impossible to control the heat and the water literally dribbled out. It was that bad. I had a shower around a relations house each day. Would we stay again only if we got the garden room?.

The location was perfect for local amenities

Good place but the En-suite shower was terrible. No pressure and barely warm water in a shower that leaked water all over the floor. Kettle didn't work. Otherwise the booking was fine. Lovely staff. Breakfast was great

Lovely bed and breakfast, friendly staff. Breakfast was great.

No-one at desk on arrival. Room became very hot in the night and other rooms were not sound-proofed. Breakfast was satisfactory but not good (overcooked eggs on soggy toast; re-heated traditional English).

We booked for 1 night extended our stay. Michael and Dave were excellent and their home made marmalade was out of this world. Would highly recommend it
