So the beginning of the stay was very nice and welcoming & friendly (I'm assuming the owners husband and wife) There is no ice machine on the property, they ask that you do next door to the other hotel to get ice. (9 min in Total to walk from the unit to the other hotel and getting the ice and walking back) The room I had was good in appearance but, as I took close look at things it wasn't good. The sheets where stained, not sure if they were cleaned.. strands of hair in-between the sheets. There was some broken glass Shards in the carpet. Non of the outlets where tight. O.M.G this drove me crazy. Like a charger was falling out of the wall didn't even like have any grip. I left for 45 mins to get food. And I turned off all the nights before leaving. And when I came back I saw the lights where on.. I went to the desk to get assistance cuz I know for 100% I turned everything off. I had to wait for 20 minutes in the lobby Bec answering the phone and the other travelers coming in to book a room was way more important then seeing if someone was in my room. You get what u pay for. It's under renovation on the left side. But the bathrooms doesn't look clean or anything. Honestly I wanted to clean before using the room is what I'll say.

Excellent service, nice and clean properry, will be back again

The young man at the desk was polite and very helpful. This is an old motel in need of a reno refresh to forwarn you. The bed was not as soft as I am used to but I did sleep well. No noise at night that I heard. We chose this motel as was close to the event we were attending as well as they were able to let us have an early check in to change after our trip.

Air conditioner was on low but still giving so coldness. And fan in the washroom that was doing sound like a big machine is working. Honestly the atmosphere i don't know who was running and walking on the upstairs but sounds so cringe.

Unfortunately our circumstances had changed - had to fly home. Tried to cancel the booking, giving more than two weeks notice. Receptionist could not speak very good English and hung up on me twice. Was unable to speak to the manager. Refused to reimburse me for my booking. DO NOT BOOK HERE - once you book you will not get your money back if you cancel.

The environment was okay, effort at keeping the property clean obvious, but washroom shower antiquated. If the management could be better at customer relations and be more sensitive to religious diversity by removing religious symbols, especially at the reception area, they would do well. That said, the location of a good restaurant nearby was really nice and encouraging. 3 ⭐!

Property is old and in need of some maintenance but staff was polite and room was clean enough
