Large beautiful rooms, great staff, excellent recommendations for dinner by staff.

This was an absolutely lovely hotel in a very convenient location. The rooms were luxurious and immaculate. The manager of the restaurant (Celia) was so efficient, and she and the staff were so welcoming. She even remembered our names after the first morning. Other staff in the hotel were also so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing room, the staff were very friendly and helpful. You got a welcome and farewell gift. Central position, would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is well located and staff are extremely pleasant. We were surprised by turn down service, local pastry pastel de nada, and cherry liquor to make our own nighttime cocktail. The receptionist was great with recommendations and a marked map.

Very friendly staff in an excellent hotel

Dejligt hotel med meget god central beliggenhed i Lissabon. Personalet er virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. De er meget imødekommende og smilende. Morgenmad er god. Ikke det største sortiment, men det er lækkert.

Ein super gut gelegenes schönes Hotel im Baixa Viertel. Ca. 10 bis 15 Min. bis zum Fluss und 5 Min. zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das ganze Personal war überaus freundlich und herzlich. Das Premium Zimmer war absolut der wahnsinn. Gross und hatte eine grosse Badewanne. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Bad war auch mit Ritualsprodukten ausgestattet und es gab köstliche Begrüssungsgebäcke. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Es war alles perfekt.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel right at home. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious hot buffet breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. Our room had high ceilings, was spotlessly clean, and featured soft, cozy linens along with a sleek, modern bathroom. We had an enjoyable experience!!!

Excellent boutique hotel in the middle of Lisbon. Clean, modern and comfortable. We booked a superior room which was very large and well appointed.

Great property great stay

Convenient to walk everywhere, pedestrianised street, nice added touches with a few retreats.

Other than the first morning’s power outage and water supply disruption for a short period of time, everything is perfect!

Front desk staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast servers also very pleasant.

My wife and I have just returned from a 6 night stay at this wonderful hotel. It’s is a beautiful environment and is kept exceptionally clean at all times. All staff we encountered were happy, polite, helpful and professional and just really nice people. Our room was very well equipped, spacious, clean and very well maintained throughout our stay. The breakfast choices were excellent even for my vegan requirements. I cannot praise this hotel highly enough - we had a wonderful first visit to Lisbon and this hotel has made us both want to return again soon.
