The breakfast buffet was very good. Unfortunately I had a terrible nights sleep. Could not get comfortable in the bed, and the a/c was too loud.

Immaculately clean. Front desk was always very helpful

The room is dusty, you can visibly see dust floating around.

Room 604 toilet inop......and a.c. was off was humid...But staff moved us to 504....where door was hard to open and close...ceiling seemed to be showing discoloration...felt for 200 plus for a night rooms was lil off...other than that stay and staff was awesome....was real convenient to access restaurant and fireworks...

The property has been completely renovated. It’s a 100 yr old building with lots of charm. Great location. Close to the river walk (dolphins) and restaurants. The beach, museums, fort De Soto just minutes away by car.

A nice and unexpected addition to our vacation

Not good - short Toilet height for elderly. Location of shampoo dispenser in shower on wrong wall and too high. Bed mattress too hard. Only one chair in room. No full-length mirror, No refrigerator, No microwave.

Carpet in room was dirty and old

The hotel is convenient to a number of restaurants and Riverwalk. I requested maintenance to check the toilet in our room(not flushing properly) on 3 SEPARATE occasions. NO ONE followed through with our request.

We stayed for one night, Natasha, the front desk associate that checked us in was professional, quick and pleasant. She gave us a very nice suite but unfortunately the hotel was having AC issues that night. It was very warm in our room and ended up requesting a portable fan. It helped a little. Service and attentiveness were great! Will definitely stay again here in the future

The room itself was quite spacious and well designed. Shower pressure good. The red walls just seemed a bit dated.

We enjoyed the Hampton Inn in the downtown Historic district. Our room had a balcony and view of the water We wanted to be close to the museums and could walk from the Hotel to the museum. The great views from our room and the morning breakfast was a special plus plus. I will definitely book there again.

Worst treatment I have ever experienced. I booked a balcony room and paid in full and was put in a standard room with a broken AC. Customer service was horrible. I don’t recommend.

Excellent service and appreciated the water and chocolate chip cookies upon check in.
