Comfortable bed

Clean hotel, close to Ally Pally. Would stay again.

The room was tired, and basic, very small. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There were a number of on site and off site car parking spaces. This hotel is based near the main roundabout in Muswell Hill with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Great location

Great room very spacious. Bit confusing with all the different stairwells. Good parking. Great location.

Maybe rooms could do with a update , our room smelt very damp but apart from all that it was good and everyone seemed pleasent enough

Forced to give my card details because apparently I might smoke in my room. No lift and lots of stairs although was asked if I needed help. Definitely a colony of dust mites, bed mites. Slept in my trackie and not able to fully relax. Good size room which was a free upgrade I didn't request especially if the standard was on ground floor The bed sheets touched the carpet so unlimited access for bugs and I couldn't see an roses from my view. Price was not worth the experience

Air con unit required the window to be open all night. Advert states there is parking, but there is only 3 parking spaces. Bed was very very uncomfortable and was left with bad back ache afterwards. However, lovely location and quiet area.

Myself and my 2 kids stayed here and room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly easy to get there for the price good.

It was alright. I did expect a little better from what I seen in the images but the rooms were a little tired and there were little bugs on the walls that kept coming baxk

Hotel is old and worn. Needs updating. Room was dark, but clean at least. AC duct would not stay fitted in window. Luckily it wasn’t extremely hot so open windows and fan were sufficient. Staff friendly. A lot of narrow stairs. Dead bolt would not work on my door. I had personal lock so I added that to feel more secure.

The staff were great especially Ahmed.

Petit séjour de 4 jours en Angleterre , petite chambre suffisante pour 1 personnes, propre,le personnel est agréable et poli. Peut être un peu chère mais rien d'anormal à signaler.

I enjoyed my stay here. My room was right at the top of the building and there was a really good view from the skylight. The only problem was that I had real difficulty pulling down the blind over the window so when it got light in the early morning I kept waking up. It was clean and when I asked for more tea bags and milk, I was given plenty so that make me really happy. The location was good too, with lots of food options and transport (buses) very close. I think that the lack of a tube connection made it feel like a smaller town but within London, which I liked. I would visit again.

Lovely and helpful staff, but noisy and rooms small and need updating, curtains don't close properly so light comes through all night. Easy access to restaurants

Det var sorte hår over alt på sengetøy og håndklær Det var veldig varmt selv med air condition Bråkete pga at vinduet måtte være åpent pga air condition Det var tepper på alle gulv, til og med i gangen Dusjen hadde så lite futt at jeg måtte skylle ut sjampoen i vasken
