Generally okay, but it’s a bit run down, the beds are very hard and clearly very old. The floors creak like mad so upstairs guests will be very loud.

Great stay at this dear little hotel - our 4th. Clean room, fresh towels and a comfy bed. A perfect place to stay for Ally Pally. W7 to Finsbury Park Tube then Piccadilly line to Town centre is simple.

Everything is perfect

Lovely stay. Perfect for what I needed- a clean, safe place while visiting family. Right at the top of a busy road with shops and coffee/restaurants- great location. Absolutely would stay again and recommend!

Staff helpful carrying heavy bag up and down stairs. I appreciated front door staying unlocked in the evening

What AC and what heat there wasn't any breakfast or any other food was not available,so you had to find a cafe in the town.

The Roseview is an old building, a bit higgledy-piggledy, so not the easiest stairs or corridors to navigate - shame also that there wasn’t a usable desk, or any aircon, so on a hot night I would have struggled in small double room. However, with a 2pm checkin, comfortable bed, 24hr desk and decent price for N.London, it was ideal and good value.

A handy hotel to stay at.Situated in the heart of Muswell Hill. Friendly, welcoming and helpful receptionists. The room, although not massive in size,is madeup for with comfort, cleaniness and location. A choice of 3 buses W7 and 144 can get you to the nearest tube( Piccadilly line)in 20 minutes.

Very good value and convenient for Alexandra Palace Exhibitions

Clean, quiet and convenient for a number of bus lines. Also the area has a wealth of reastuarants and cafes, plus there is a fridge in the room which is always a nice extra. I don't think it was busy enough to open the breakfast area while I was there. Lots of stairs and no elevator.

Cheap price was justified by the poor facilities and staff. The hotel has no lounge or restaurant and we had to go outside for breakfast. Parking is for three cars and it’s always full up but on street parking is available after 6 pm. The bedroom and bathroom were of good quality. The best thing is it’s located in the heart of posh Muswell Hill and surrounded by lots of nice restaurants and cafés. I was annoyed the man on the Reception desk was scruffy although friendly.

Had a one night stay as I was going to the Alexandra Palace that evening. Was coming from Plymouth so caught the tube from Paddington to Finsbury Park Station and then the W7 bus to Muswell Hill Broadway bus stop, then a few steps to Queens Avenue and the hotel. Hotel was great I was in room 2 on the ground floor. Comfy double bed, good shower, tea making facilities with biscuits and even a fridge. There was also a hairdryer and iron with ironing board in the wardrobe. So the room was perfect for me. Check in was simple and staff were very helpful. There's no breakfast here but they told me of an excellent place for breakfast which was just around the corner. The hotel is about half a mile from Ally Pally so easily walkable so if you need a hotel near to this venue I'd definitely recommend it.

Man on reception was really helpful, let me have an early check in and have me a room upgrade. Parking available at the hotel is really useful. Great value.
