Sauber, ruhig, sehr nettes Personal (die allermeistem). Essenauswahl hervorragend, immer genug da, immer warm. Ganz toll. So gut haben wir das im Mittelmeerraum noch nie erlebt! Genügend Liegen/Sonnenschirme am Strand - alles vom Besten. Total empfehlenswert.

Die Unterkunft entsprach den Erwartungen. Zimmer waren ok, nichts besonderes. Gut war die Unterteilung in Toilette mit Waschbecken (leider sehr eng) und Raum für Dusche jeweils. Obwohl wir im guten 8. Stock waren, gab es leider Ameisen im Zimmer. Der Ausblick aufs Meer war schön, trotzdem hätte man auf die Baustelle neben dem Hotel hinweisen können, die bestimmt noch bis 2026 geht. Zimmer waren mit Safe und Kühlschrank (jeden Tag zwei 0,5 Liter Flaschen Wasser) ausgestattet. WLAN war gut. Das Essen hätte trotz Themenabenden abwechslungsreicher sein können. Auswahl war aber gut gegeben. Am Pool war tagsüber viel laute Musik und Unterhaltung (wem es gefällt). Am Strand (sehr positiv hervorzuheben) waren immer kostenlose Liegen und Sonnenschirme frei. Der WLAN Empfang am Strand war gut. Es gab auch eine Bar am Pool mit kostenlosen (all Inclusive) Getränken (Originalmarken). Die Mitarbeiterinnen am Empfang waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben Wünsche (anfangs Zimmerwechsel) erfüllt. Gegenüber dem Hotel gab es eine paar typische Touristenshops, Für besondere Themen musste man mit dem Bus nach Faliraki fahren (1,50 Euro). Überhaupt waren die Busverbindungen sehr gut nach Rhodos (30 Minuten für 2,50 Euro) und Richtung Faliraki (10 Minuten für 1,50 Euro) sowie Lindos (60 Minuten für 5 Euro) alle 20 Minuten. Die Hotelanlage (es sind mehrere Hotels nebeneinander) hat eine Autovermietung. Kosten günstige Kategorie (Panda) für 50 Euro inklusive Vollkasko am Tag.

Alles war super!Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

We're so glad we spent our honeymoon here. They gave us the largest room with the best view. Everyone, from the reception to the cleaning, restaurant, and entertainment staff, was so friendly and polite. The food was varied and mostly delicious. They also organize entertaining events at night. Thank you, Vasiliki, Hassan, Lilla, Natalia, Julia, Marios, and all the other staff we haven't mentioned! We will definitely miss Esperos Mare and Faliraki Beach!

I would definitely rate this hotel a 10 out of 10! It was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was great, and the location was perfect for a stay. The hotel is very close to the sea and has an amazing view, which adds to the charm. The facilities are excellent as well, making it a highly recommended place to stay! Additionally, the nightly events after dinner were fantastic and well-suited for all age groups.

Ein super Hotel mit überaus freundlichem Personal. Das Essen ist vielfältig und absolut lecker, für jeden etwas dabei. Die Zimmer sind total sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool und der Strand sind toll. Egal, zu welcher Tageszeit man kommt, es sind immer Liegen frei. Es gab keinen einzigen Kritikpunkt, sehr zu empfehlen!!

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal einmalig von der Hauswirtschaft bis zum Servicepersonal einmalig. Das Essen erstkalssik, abwechslungsreich, tgl frisches Obst, das Büffet mittags und abends für jeden was dabei. Ebenso tgl frische verschiedene Salate und die Nachspeisen vielfältig. Staff were really nice and helpful, from the concierge, cleaners, bar staff and all involved. Food options were great and hotel didnt have a busy feeling with lots of sunbeds available anytime. Rhodes old town only a 20 min bus away too

The stay was ok overall. Food variety was very limited to mainly the same things and little variety. More vegetarian dishes that anything along with salads. The animation team and in particular Mateus was most unhelpful. He wouldnt engage when asked, but was happy to do so with others at other times. It was always a case of there not being enough participants but then happy to do so with others and smaller numbers. Mainly German guests who are generally unfriendly.

Wir (Familie mit zwei Jungs, 8 und 10) haben den Aufenthalt mit All inclusive sehr genossen. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer (zwei Räume mit Tür dazwischen, einer Dusche und zwei Toiletten). Die Sauberkeit war sehr ordentlich. Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Besonders punktet das Nachtischbuffet, vielseitig und lecker in kleinen Portionen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der schön angelegte Pool lädt zur Abkühlung ein. Am Strand gibt es kostenlos Liegen mit Sonnenschirmen. Der Strand besteht aus kleinen bis mittelgroßen Kieselsteinen mit dunklem Sand dazwischen. Highlight im Wasser sind definitiv die in Strandnähe liegenden vom Wasser abgerundeten Felsen. Diese sind eine Brutstätte für Fische und locken weitere Fische zum Fressen ein. Wir haben Seenadeln, Plattfische, Pfaufische und einige andere Fischarten sowie Tintenfische beim Schnorcheln gesehen. Wir sind entschlossen, dem Esperos Mare Resort einen weiteren Besuch abzustatten. Auch wenn es sich nicht explizit an Familien, sondern vom Animationsprogramm eher an Reisende mittleren und fortgeschrittenen Alters richtet.

The Hotel was great and sorted out a private transfer from the airport to the hotel for us plus arranged for flowers to be delivered for our wedding anniversary. Staff were great and food was healthy and diverse, loads of cultures to taste and a specific Greek area. The animation team, Jasmina, Sophie and Federico were so good to our little girl and she was sad to say goodbye to them. Alcoholic drinks on the all inclusive could be more varied and include a few more cocktails but nevertheless we worked out our favourite drink within a couple of days. Alcohol on the

Skønt hotel, imødekommende personale. Godt udvalg af mad. Flere pools alle rene og pæne, pæne liggestole. Ligger lige ned til vandet som beskrevet og med tilhørende liggestole der. Masser af aktiviteter hvis man havde lyst.

Perhehuone oli todella mukava, 2 wc, erilliset huoneet. Huone pidettiin myös oikein siistinä. Ranta oli rauhallinen ja turvallinen myös lapsille. Ainoa miinus oli huoneen ilmastointi, joka olisi voinut olla tehokkaampi, nyt lämpö ei laskenut alle 24 asteen.

Hotel was really nice. Great sized pool that led straight onto the beach. Lots of activities. Food in the main restaurant was ok and food in the Castello bar was great. A couple of rude staff members that didn’t seem keen to help us and made us feel stupid for asking a question. Not what I expected from a 4 star resort. Many other staff were however really helpful. Room was a great size with a good view. About a 40 minute walk into Faliraki however there is a convenient bus that stops outside the hotel.

Meget positiv opplevelse. Rolig, bra kvalitet på maten, hyggelig personell, meget bra rom, ikke overfylt - bra med plass vedr solsenger og i matsalen. Absolutt en av de bedre. Området utenfor hotellet er rolig og lite å ta seg til, men det viste vi om.

Practically there was no Wifi in the room, the sauna was not functioning and the smell of the food from the kitchen is all over the hotel, including the room.
