Flight got delayed for a day out of EZE, so I quickly looked for the nearest and cheapest option. Expedia offered $90 off this place, for a total of $100 for a night. Booked it since it was a Wyndham without reading any reviews, but quickly panicked after seeing many negative reviews. Personally, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of great. We arrived exhausted and disappointed from the airport, and the front desk staff member made exceptions to get us an early check-in, for which we were very grateful for. I tried to look for outside eating options due to the negative reviews on the food, but it was difficult given the isolated nature of the hotel. Ended up having dinner at the hotel, and was pleasantly surprised at the dishes. We were unable to make use of the spa amenities due to our time constraints, but it looked lovely with an indoor pool and massage services. The rooms were mostly clean, but really just dusty more than anything, which didn’t bother us. I believe that the negative reviews are left by prejudiced individuals who somehow equate an unpaved road with danger. The unpaved entry road is likely a product of delays in Argentine bureaucracy. There appears to be a highway exit in development for the hotel though. If I had any complaints, it’d be on the delayed maintenance of the elevators, but even that could be explained by the timing of our Easter weekend stay. Lovely stay, very safe with a gated entrance and a registry of ALL guests.

Too rusty and unfriendly staff.

Enda problemet med hotellet är att vägen dit är en gropig och dammande grusväg som tar uppåt 10 min att åka på från motorvägen.

The hotel was fine but the entry road is not paved and it's about 1.5 miles long. The hotel is about a half hour south of the airport.

The staff and hotel were fine however getting there was a terrible experience on broken roads and so far away from the airport. We were expecting it to be much closer.

La habitación estaba falta de luz interior y exterior rota. Hotel con falta de mantenimiento, ducha mal ubicada al bañarse salpicaba el piso y se mojaba todo el baño, me cobraron pie de baño sucio por ese motivo que se llenaba de agua y se mancho

Hotel is in the middle of nowhere with no proper road to access it - you have to drive up a dirt track for 3kms

habitación normal, se nota que tiene varios años. El colchón y la grifería son bastante viejos y se nota mucho. Una noche para descansar está ok. El restaurante excelente.

In the middle of no-where. Nothing around for miles. No store, not even a gift shop. Reception desk lady was very nice; wait staff on the other hand? Flat out lied to me. Pas on this one.

On one spoke English. Even TV was only in Spanish. No soap, body wash or lotion provided and no where to purchase. Could not plug in curling iron, no converter available.

The hotel was at the end of a pothole-filled dirt road- a bit scary not understanding that this is the only access to the property in the middle of nowhere! Pros: The two stars are acknowledging that the room was clean and the bed was decent. Front desk staff was kind in the face of my reaction! Cons: Location Only way to get to the airport is using their expensive shuttle contract- 2x the price of Uber There was no hot water. Air conditioner did not work properly after having to move from another room where the AC was non-functional. Conclusion: The hotel staff seemed to have gotten accustomed to guests going into initial shock, and were accommodating, but this is not the hotel you want to stay at if you are thinking to get to and from easily. I love the Howard Johnson’s brand from when I was a kid, so I feel sad to give them a poor rating but need to be honest.

El acceso en vehículo es complicado.

No one picks up the reception phone, the only way to get in touch with the hotel is messaging them through WhatsApp. Clean room, and comfy bed. However, breakfast should start earlier given the hotel’s close proximity to the airport. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided in the form of sachets seems very cheap for a 4-star hotel, no moisturiser cream provided either.

El camino de entrada en terribles condiciones, sin alumbrado y hoyos. La propiedad aparenta estar en remodelacion, pero las llaves de lis baños tenian moho verde y la cama con un hoyo en el centro, poco comoda. Para yna noche estuvo pasable. La persona q nos traslado desde el hotel al aeropuerto, muy profesional, amigable y de confianza.
